Chris was amazing! I called Chris as I was referred to his shop. I had my car towed there and Chris was able to diagnose it same day and called me back in a very timely manner. Chris is very informative and was very helpful with his recommendations. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My daughters old kia experienced a total failure of the dash instrument panel. Kia was going to charge well over $1k for a replacement. Chris found a used part for about $300 and fitted it for a couple of hours of labour. Saved her hundreds.Great guy. Highly recommended.

Called 3 times. First time phone was picked up, and put on mute. Hung up and called again thinking maybe some phone issue. A lady picked up and said hello, and immediately put me on mute before I could say anything and then hung up after 15 seconds. Third time she picked up the phone and was just very rash and annoyed from the beginning.I asked how much the labor cost would be to change the pads on XYZ car, she replied we don't do pads we will have to do rotors and pads. Clearly not happy to take the call from her tone. And so I asked how much labor to change both, she came back, we can't tell you like this, we have to take a look, we have to check the check the part numbers and any everything, and we have to check other things, you will need to bring the car here. None of these are being said in a nice manner. So I asked back slightly annoyed, I just want to know the labor cost of a brake replacement on a xyz car". Again very irritated

Poor communication service.Complained about everybody thinking his/the job is easy.Did not look friendly.Poor Attitude.Did not make a solution .

Amazing place to get your Aliment done on your vehicle. Spoke with Chris the owner of the shop and he had both my vehicles in sameday and done at a great price.I would recommend this shop to all my friends and Family. Thank you for your help on my chev Cruz and my GMC Yukon.Kim

We were welcomed right off and it was apparent immediately that these guys are the best in customer service. The front waiting room area was clean!!!.... something that is not typically seen in an automotive garage. Conversation was informative and options given to assist us.Fantastic place to get your car fixed!

Chris did a safety inspection on my car. It was done that day and was priced better than other auto companies. I would definitely recommend Durham Auto Works.
