Zen BJJ and Fitness

My fondest memory of bmike is I made him puke once. He wiped up, promptly came back to finish off the round like a champ, and that tells me that he has strong character and the mental fortitude of a warrior. Besides that, he is kind and genourous and has great technique. For these reasons, I vouch for this school/gym. Go get it!

My son has done the Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu and ABSOLUTELY loved it, Best group of trainers….prices are great and you will not be disappointed….definitely give them a try!!

Love this space! A variety of classes & prices that can’t be beat. The kickboxing is one of my favourites that I look forward to every week.
