Positive experience with this company for foundation spray foam. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, were helpful in determining a budget price, came out to do measurements, and provided a quote before starting work. On the day the work was completed they began on time and finished on time. I appreciated the advice provided during the estimate on some items to consider before starting work. The work was done well, I would recommend this company.

Callum and his crew at Details Insulation did a fabulous job of insulating my attic and basement. They waited for the perfect weather conditions which is most important in the application of foam insulation, did a thorough 1st pass, the door blower test and then came back to fix the spots needing touch up right away. The crew was professional and got the job done properly. What was once and old draft house is now insulated, efficient and warm. I would definitely hire them again.

What impressed me was their level of detail. They caught things in their assessment that other companies did not. I was looking for someone to do the job correctly, not necessarily quick or cheap (although they were competitive with pricing), and I believe they did a good job. The process was smooth and they were easy to work with. I recommend them.

Details Insulation upgraded the attic insulation with closed cell foam and cellulose to net R65. They did inspections before and during the process. All work was done on schedule and with a great crew that did the work with attention to the details of the job. Excellent work and a pleasure to do business with everyone that I met in the company. I had recently left a negative review based on some of the work being done in my neighbourhood, I also contacted the business and the General Manager/Owner took the time to thank me for my feedback, explain the process of evaluating their work process based on my feedback and expressed his comanpy's genuine interest in leaving a positive impression on the neighbourhoods they work in. This is how a company should handle feedback and I am throughly impressed at how well my feedback was handled in spite of my initial annoyance. I would probably go as far to say that when I am looking for an insulation quote, I would call Details Insulation first. Thank you for your patience and transparency.

I had a great experience working with this company. This is the first energy efficient home that I've built, so I had a lot of questions. Callum and Ken took the time to educate me on the entire process. Their work was impressive, and we achieved our air tight goal. If you're looking for energy efficiency, I would definitely recommend this company.

We’ve been dealing with Details Insulation since March. Bobby, Ken and Callum have helped us feel supported through the process, particularly Callum in the latest stages. Extremely pleased with Details Insulation. In 2 days they removed my wood shavings insulation and blew in new insulation. They also installed 2 new roof vents to properly exhaust range fan & bathroom. I am happy with the end result as my house is more comfortable now with the furnace kicking on less often. Thanks to Fernando & Matt for their work.Definitely recommend.

Details Insulation spray foamed my 1100 sq ft basement. They arrived on time for both the quote and the actual job itself. The installers were friendly and cleaned up after the job. I’m very happy with the results. My energy bill for December 2022 vs December 2021 was 3 GJ less for an almost 25% energy savings.

Often I am the only, or one of the few women on construction sites so I really appreciate it when a crew is respectful and happy to answer questions. That isn’t always the case.They did an excellent job and left the site tidy.You will continue to be my first and only call for insulation for any of my projects.
