Unbeatable customer service! Owner cares about her customers like no one else I've seen before! ALWAYS offers to bring your dog food or kitty litter to your car with a small on her face. Will memorize my order and have my dog food in before I even call to tell her I need it. Also very knowledgable towards animal nutrition and has much experience with pets! Never seen a pet store as clean and well decorated as hers. Always themed to the holidays with fresh clean floors. Her employees are all well trained and mannered. Would recommend to anyone with a pet to go and see her!

This store is such an outstanding pet store in Georgetown. Not only is the staff exceptionally sweet, kind and knowledgeable to customers but they also treat all pet visitors in the same manner. The owner is AMAZING, she is always bringing in exciting new things for pets- she cares about her customers, and it truly shows!Highly recommend visiting.

Great pet food store. Carries a wide variety of foods that others don't, which is helpful with a pile of picky cats. The owner and staff are very friendly and recognize eepeat customers.

The friendliness of staff here, and the amazing customer service were unexpected. Seriously an impressive way to run a shop. I was greeted with a genuinely friendly smile, and given great advice. Keep it up!

The owner is really knowledgeable and helpful! I went in to get some food and toys for my new puppy and she helped me pick out the right food for the little guy. I also got a bunch of toys and treats for him and she even gave me some tips on caring for him.The store was also very clean and organized, I will definitely be going back

The store owner refused to honour a sale ticket on a $39.99 item yesterday, despite telling me it was on sale when I got it to the cash, and the fact there was a yellow sales ticket on the shelf. She refused the lower price when the register wasn't bringing up the sale price, and when I said that retailers should honour a sticker price, she laughed and said Well
