I like this pet store because, not is the staff helpful they are also very friendly. It seems since the pandemic people have become very stressed, we need kindness and friendliness while we heal from the effects. Thanks to you all at Chico

This pet store is absolutely superb! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always give great recommendations. They take the time to listen and understand your situation before they recommend any products. I’ve always had a positive experience and will continue to go back!

Good place with a big selection on everyrhing your cat or dog could need. Staff is super friendly but my girlfriend and i got the impression they where watching us for theft... we where chatting and looking for something for our cat and all 3 of their staff came to ask us if they could help us ,at least 5 time in the 10 minutes we were in the store.We ended buying cat toys and cat nip in a ball ,our cats absolutly went crazy for it and it was hillarious.

We get our dog's hair cut and nails trimmed here in the back. We've been going for a few years now and the ladies do such a good job with our puppers. She is quite busy, so you'll want to book a couple of months in advance (for hair cut) from when you need the work done, but it's worth it!

The staff here at Chico Aylmer are absolutely amazing. We go there for all of our pets needs and we have never had a negative experience. I am so happy to have Chico in my community , Everyone is so nice and so amazing with my puppy! Danielle , the manager was so kind in helping me out with my crate and the grooming team is wonderful, my puppy is still get used of getting his nails cut and they calmed him down and were so gentle with him! I highly recommend Chico!

The store associates are extremely helpful and polite. Good enough choice of goods for bunnies, they could have more hay varieties though.

I've been shopping at Chico for a long while now. Before we had our Poodle, I went there as we had fish. I always had a very positive experience and the workers there have always been knowledgeable and quite helpful. We now have a dog and this store has what we need anytime I shop. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help which I appreciate immensely. I can bring our dog in there and he enjoys that. Parking is good in the location and overall I must give this store 5 stars. They have a huge food selection as well as treats. Our poodle is picky and I can't find his favorite treats anywhere else really. Thanks Chico!
