Great company. Very responsive. Dale came and actually fixed the issue after another plumbing company was very dismissive and simply wanted us to replace the toilet. We just moved to St Catherines and Canada's Pro Plumbing will be the company we call for all our plumbing needs.

They replaced the drains and pipes under my kitchen sink, and most recently repaired my bath tub faucet. Reliable work, and fair pricing. I will always call them.

My go to plumbing company! Have used multiple times over the years for things ranging from leaky faucet to new toilet installation. Receptionist Christine is so lovely to talk to. Plumber is always very polite, kind and professional. 5 star service, will use again!

I have dealt with alot of companies through the years but never one as professional, caring and quality of work. From the time I called and Christine answered the call to Ron and staff coming out to deal with the problem. They sure know how to treat their customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They definitely go the extra mile.

I had a water line installed for my new fridge. Dale did an outstanding job, and even replaced a connection that he didn't like the look of without charging me. He also took the time to check out and fix the low hot water pressure in my kitchen faucet (yes, I'm that type of person...while you're here..." lol). Extremely pleased with the company as a whole and would recommend to anyone!"

Our water shut off tap was leaking a fair amount we had to empty our bucket twice a day. We called Canada’s Pro Plumbing and they were just so helpful and nice. We had to call the City to shut off the outside water but when they arrived they couldn’t shut it off because it was broken at the curb , the plumber waited to see if they could get it off but they couldn’t. The next morning the plumber showed up did all the work well and our bill was extremely reasonable. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

We have an older home, built in 1948, and have hired Canada's Pro Plumbing twice now to do a variety of plumbing tasks in the basement - digging up the old concrete floor, replacing pipes, installing a backflow preventer, adding a p-trap to the floor drain, installing a new laundry tub and bringing the pipes up to code, etc. We would not hesitate to hire Canada's Pro Plumbing the next time we need more work done. The staff is curious and friendly, the work is excellent, the service is on time, and the prices are reasonable and fair. They don't turn away jobs because they are too small and they do not gouge you. Super nice folks and a pleasure to do business with.

Had a broken shower handle. I assumed it required a new valve. These guys agreed and said they would have to fix it through the wall and gave me a quote. The quote I thought was high so I got a second opinion. In the meantime opened up the wall in an attempt to save some money.Second opinion plumber (Rescue Rooter) told me it simply needed a new cartridge and installed the new trim for half the previous quote.I do not doubt these guys would have done good work but failing to recognize a simple fix or worse, taking advantage of a customer, are big problems and I am glad I got the 2nd opinion.
