Maxx Custom has been my go to place for all custom embroidery, vinyl printing, and team apparel for over the last 6+ years. Custom shirts, hats, team jerseys, mugs, vinyl decals.... I could go on. Their quality of work is top notch. Eric and Martha always ensure that the end product is up their high standards.

We have been dealing with Maxx Embroidery for the past 15 years and with Martha for 20 years.As a promotional products distributor we look for partnerships with our sub-contracts, i.e., embroiders and screen printers who will work with us and help in every way to make our client’s products look their best. We have found that Martha takes upon herself to produce excellent work for every job, no matter the size of the order. If there is a problem with the files she receives or defects in the products, she is very diligent in bringing it to our attention to ensure the job is perfectly done. On numerous occasions she has made suggestions with the colour matching, logo placement or has made corrections on an embroidery disk to ensure that all the letters are legible. She always “goes the extra mile.”I have the greatest respect for her product knowledge and her integrity in this industry.

The team and Martha helped bring my vision to life with quick and high quality work. I ordered one hoodie to be embroidered with three phrases, and it was ready for pick up the next day. I had to get some last minute baby blankets customized and everyone I knew was telling me 2 to 5 business days. I googled this company and called them and they told me that they could have it done for me in an hour. When I got there I was greeted by Martha and another gentleman who welcomed me. Martha was friendly but professional. She asked me to choose a design and helped me pick a colour and then showed me a sample of what it would look like. I was ready to wait, as I realized I had called last minute, however I was even more surprised that it ended up taking her and her staff ONLY approximately 30 minutes to complete my order. I highly recommend this place as friendly staff, quick turn around time, affordability, and quality stitching. I will definitely be making this my go-to customizing shop!

Great service and great quality! I wanted to get my daughter’s name embroider on a parka and I took it to Max Custom and because I was in a hurry to get it done, they finished it for me in less than an hour. Owner was very pleasant and welcoming and the quality of the work was great. I will definitely go back for any embroidery needs. Keep up the good work!
