I began a chat to add an item to an existing order, and to avoid two delivery trips. My CSR was not available but in light of the approaching date of the scheduled delivery, Julio assisted me by prioritizing my order to another agent. I very much appreciated the good customer service.

The sales person in store said this would be the exact matching size model for our existing unit, but turned out not to be the case. This is very deceiving, very unhappy with our shopping experience. Apparently there's also a 25% restocking fee for returns, still waiting for our refund... P.S. All the 5 star reviews are paid/fake reviews. The delivery person offered a supposed $1000 lucky draw if we do a review.

Had no issues with the store, customer service, delivery placed an order and got it purchased, delivered and installed in 2 days from a Sunday afternoon. They called regarding delivery confirmation I got an email and a text for confirmation. Email and text with a 4 hour window, another email and text stateinf they will arrive in approx 20 minutes, and got a phone call from the driver 5 minutes later. Saying they would be there in 20 minutes. What more could you ask for ?

We were in rush. We came to CAS, found exactly what we need using the outstanding help of Sales Managers, made purchase (even received discounts!) and immediately picked up the stuff.It was absolutely amazing experience! Service is simply perfect. The staff is totally professional.Thank you so much!!!

I bought a washing machine from CAS Woodbridge on May 13th. At the time I asked the salesperson (Navdeep Singh) if I could buy only the washing machine or if I was required to buy the matching dryer too. He assured me that I could buy just the washing machine, so I went ahead and purchased it. The next day he called and said that management had told him they wouldn't sell the washing machine alone, so he was cancelling my order and would refund my money.I specifically asked whether I could buy the washing machine on it's own and he clearly said that wasn't a problem. Secondly, he didn't even have the decency to offer an alternate appliance, he simply canceled the order and left me with no washing machine. Thirdly Shawn from Customer Service was very rude on the phone with me when I spoke with him to request my refund. I'm told it will take 5-7 days for the refund to go through.So the staff is poorly trained, quick to take your money and quick to cancel your order if it suits them, but slow to return your money.I won't consider CAS for future purchases.Caveat Emptor.

Such experienced staff, the representative Adib N. immediately greeted us, helped with any questions we had and we were able to leave the location with exactly what we were looking for in under 30 minutes. I'm very pleased with our new machine and dryer!

We worked with Inder and this was the smoothest process ever! He is extremely prompt with communication and tells you all you need to know about how everything works! We were also able to get our appliances at an amazing price. We had them delivered last week and all appliances were in perfect condition and delivered on time! I highly recommend CAS (and working with Inder) to anyone needing appliances at a great price. Very pleased!
