Excellent customer service and great food. We came twice this week from out of town and had a great experience. There was only one person serving and she did an excellent job!

Do not order from this Subway! There seems to be a pattern with this location at 185 consumers. We ordered from this store using skip the dishes and they only sent 1 sub when 3 subs were ordered. Had to drive into the store and the server immediately knew he had only sent the 1 sub. Guess he wasn't expecting us to actually show up in the store.He was then disrespectful and still proceeded to screw up the order.Thank you Subway your response proves your poor customer service. Had we simply gone through skip we still wouldn't have had food. So your logic is flawed. We were short changed on the combo (not all items were in the bag!!) and the server was incredibly rude to boot. Look at the other reviews there most certainly is a pattern here!

This place has the worst customer service when it comes to serving people with disabilities. I have a speech impediment. Last night I entered the establishment with my sister after the Jay's game. The person working there refused to even attempt to serve me and would only speak to my sister.I am an independent person who enters places, orders food and often travel on my own. His level of rudeness and lack of even attempting to listen to me was infuriating. Had I not been staving, exhausted and staying in the hotel across the road I would have walked out.Giving one star because yelp doesn't allow for zero.

This subways location is stunning! It is everything you can ask for. It is clean, Has great subs, Great Locations and best of all the nicest employees ive ever meet. They were very nice to me while making my sub and we had some small talk. I sat down and the sub it self was delicious. I was eating it in such a comfortable environment. This location has everything you imagine. If you close in the area, i highly suggest going to this superb subway locations. It made my day!

Didn't have to wait long at all. A takeout or delivery sandwich was being prepared, then mine. Had the steak and cheese sub, which was really good. Didn't take pics of the sandwich itself, as it was bought for lunch, and didn't look so fresh by the time I ate it, so it wouldn't have been fair to take that pic. Still tasted good, and I was very happy with the service.

Worst Customer Service Ever by Subway Employee. I Visited store on Tuesday around 8 pm. There was A girl working Firstly she didn't like i entered in store because I intruput her Free time . She didn't talk to me she didn't ask anything I told her everything. And that's not good you should atleast say hello. And ask Customer through out the order. And awesome part is i order vaggie sub and she is asking me is the chicken knife is fine to cut the sub. I am mean are you serious I am vagitarian you should ask me use your common sense. Just because you dont want to use the other knife it didnt mean you can ask to Customer to make compromise. I know the owner but sir if you hire people like this, your store not gonna work it out. Worst Customer Service Ever. And please don't cover up your employees mistakes. If your employee don't want to work free them. But do not make Customer s experience bad.

Terrible. Do not recommend this location. Certainly do not use them for Uber Eats orders. Have tried ordering more than once from this location and it's been messed up each time. Just this evening we ordered 2 sub combos, and we received a completely different order with only 1 sub. During a phone call to the store, the extremely rude sandwich lady on the phone told us there was no way this was her fault and had to be us or the delivery driver. I'm sure our driver gave her the delivery code for the wrong order, I hear that happens quite frequently with Uber LOL. Had she of just owned up to her mistake and perhaps come up with a solution to correct the mistake, instead of passing the blame, this review would of been a lot different.

Don't order from this subway... The owner talk in very disrespectful way... We just asked him that why the cucumbers are frozen, he replied very rudely. Its not happening for the first time... He does not know how to deal customers. This response proves your poor customer service. Worst experience i had in my life.
