Cashier lady was very rude my total was 7.50 refused to take change said our store policy we cannot take change and said my till is full of change and its really hard to count at night at the end of the day". i said want to talk to the manager said he is not talking to anyone. Cashier lady has sense of customer service but i never heard any store not accepting change its canadian currency and they cannot refuse it to take very worse experience."

Unprofessional staff. I ordered one sugarcane juice but the service was very slow and i told them to add everything but they added too much lemon in it and make it sour. This was my first and last visit to this location.

Worse customer service you can ever imagine! I am totally disappointed. I bought 4 brooms on August 30th for some charity services but did not require two of those and went back to return on August 31st but they wouldn't let me return for a refund or store credit. She said you have to buy something now for an exchange. I asked for a customer service rep and a lady came from upstairs but she had no clue about the return policy or store credit. She told me that owner or authorized person isn't here. I asked her to call the owner but she wouldn't. I didn't want to waste my time on $12 for brooms and therefore left 2 brooms with them.An Indian grocery store in this area with bad customer service! I strongly discourage you going there for any shopping. Go to Sabzi Mandi instead!They carry all Indian groceries. Apart from the milk, fruits, vegetables, spices and snacks, etc. They also carry fresh juice prepped right in front of you. Their produce are fresh and all items are kept well organized.

The cashiers are very rude and they say very offensive stuff about customers in front of other customers. The two ladies at the juice counter kept on accusing me of taking the red carts outside when I was just about to park them at the entrance instead of leaving them in the middle of the store and risk someone tripping on them.The disgusting part about this is that I clarified myself not once but thrice to them that I am not taking the cart outside. I was yelled at and bullied by them. I am hoping management would see this. I went in on 01/24 at around 3:45- 4 PM. Someone needs to talk to these employees before they get yelled at by a customer and is showed their place. The same thing happened with another customer right in front of me.

Very expensive store, I dont know how they prices they items, shocked to see a basic coke bottle 2 ltr. $3.39, whereas the prices is $1.39, not recommended at all, complete rip off store
