Not a good experience here. My order came cold, they missed items in my order (tortilla chips and salsa, ordered a taco combo). We ordered tortilla soup and turned out there wasn’t any, oh and also no avocado, and we had already been charged for it. Food didn’t taste quite as nice as other freshii. I would try another Freshii before heading to this one.

Good food made right. However sometimes using the Dash app for pick-up they don't always see the order especially if it's a slow day and they're in the back room. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my teriyaki bowl. It was worth the wait as it was delicious and well prepared.

purchased my food on the Freshii app and the food was soggy and and there was little to no sauce. To say I’m disappointed and unhappy is an understatement. Not to mention the chicken was chewy like rubber. Makes me wonder what really goes on in the kitchens at Freshii.

Food: I tried various items from their unique menu. The food was appetizing, fresh tasting, the quality was excellent, the quantity was more than I expected but in a good way--I felt like I was getting what I paid for. My body was left feeling clean and satisfied after eating.Beverage: I've only tried the strawberry banana smoothie and it was so delicious! Even my 6 year old niece prefers it over other smoothies she's tried.Atmosphere: The restaurant has always been clean and appealing when I've went. It was quiet but always had customers enjoying a meal.Service: Anytime I've visited, the service has been friendly, helpful, patient and energetic.Price: On the higher end however, you get what you pay for. No complaints here.Other: Vegan & vegetarian friendly. Non-wheelchair friendly unless you have extra assistance.

Just ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and literally paid for half a serving size. Called and spoke with employee who informed me portions sizes have been reduced. Well I can understand 10% mabey 15% or a slight price increase but half the bowl for full price is ridiculous. I look at the wife's bowl it's normal size as usual. Is there a shortage on rice? I will stick with thai express from now on.

it's like if i paid someone to make me a lean cuisine. idk if it's always like this but i ordered the wrap meal deal of the day and one of the people working had to call over another person to help ring me up, then they gave me a bowl instead of the wrap i ordered. idk if i'll be eating at a freshii again bc this was mid fr.

Love the build-your-own-bowl option. The vegetables are always fresh. At $6.99, I think it is great value (especially compared to other fast food salads). The mobile order and pick up works great! Inside is very bright and clean. This is my new go-to lunch spot!

I do not recommend this place1. Bad customer service2. Spent over $10 to get a half bowl of salad3. They didn’t give us receipts for the purchase

I love Freshii, love everything about Freshii. When I saw they had tacos, I was excited to have them!However, when I picked them up today I was surprised when I saw huge pieces of roast beef that I couldn't eat. I was expecting shredded beef or something more manageable. It was unfortunate, and the tacos besides the beef were delicious.But I'm still hungry.
