Store is supposed to be 24hrs but this isn't the case. Hours are not posted also.

Terrible organization. Very incompetent manager. I heard she constantly watches her employees from security camera scolding them. Shelves are mostly empty, expired stuff aren't thrown away.

I like getting my gas at this store because it’s close to home and convenient but I pay at the pump and always need a receipt as I often pay with the company credit card.It has been happening more frequently where I pay at the pump and then when it’s time for the receipt I have to go inside to get it, this means I have to stand in line and wait when there are many customers ahead of me.The reason I paid the pump is so I don’t have to wait and I can get on the road fast I do not recommend this place if you are paying with a company credit card and if you need a receipt because you will have to wait.Very incompetent and unorganized.

Good for milk runs and convenience. Gas usually a bit cheaper too.

Slow, buggy pumps. Always have weird errors and the gas flow is incredibly slow. Speaker for assistance on pump broken. When you're forced to go inside to pre-authorize they don't automatically refund the balance. You have to physically go back in to process it back on to your card. Inefficiency at its finest. Only got 2 stars because of the convenient location.

They are open when then want. Walked all the way here and its closed. Again.

Worst store ever! They pretend to be classy and all but they are manged extremely bad, they are often out of the products that customers want, even the coffee machine can often be out of order...

This place is just awful, theres only 1 lady and 1 guy that actually work there and do a good job, the manager is obviously incompetent and walks around like shes high or something, shelves empty. Stores arent even open certain mornings. Truly horrible!

One of the worst couche tards on the island. Empty shelves, incompetent staff who don't know the products, a generalized accumulation of filth. Only thing going for it is the 24hrs which another business should compete against. Always terrible to have to come here.

I’ve encountered the best employee ever, after the cray winds and gusts, I could not sleep next door, the wonderful black woman shared her spearmint / menthol concussion with me to let me breathe easy, not everyone would do that for anybody while I tied to get “Afrin” from her as the clerk, she went above and beyond of her duty and understood the nasty winds of Montreal, I am so thankful for her help I cannot express it in the right way - She is a gem that Couche Tard needs to keep and promote - that woman deserves a pay raise during her night watch, don’t lose that gem or a person. Hugs to her and ti everything she did for me. She and the Asian-Pacific fellow are the gems of the establishment - always helpful or even over helpful - they are definitely keepers and if I see anyone else replace them at night I would get mighty upset, keep the best people you have - I will always campaign for that, and give those specialists bonuses - Couche Tard - you have the best staff ever whom. Cares about your customer to a degree that I cannot fathom anyone else in NDG would ever - give them all roses and bonuses, best people ever.
