I had an emergency situation which involved my well pump not pumping. Dan came out the next morning. He assessed it and had my water running within 48 hours of my call to them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly. Tolerated all of my question with easy to understand answers. I really can't think how I could have had a better experience. Thanks Dan and Gary.

An early morning call was received by a friendly voice and after answering a few questions, a call back would be coming to me shortly. It did very shortly and within 45 min Chris was testing, diagnosing and repairing our high pressure system electrically. Very impressed with ABC Water Systems customer interaction and thorough explanation of how the system operates, would recommend ABC Water Systems to anyone requiring these services.Thank you ABC!

I contracted with ABC to inspect repair and replace a well pump in a 385ft well. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience, from initial estimate to job completion and final invoice.I contacted a number of companies for this job and got estimates / quotes from two. Scope of work from both companies was similar enough to assure me the bids were comparable, and that the scope was appropriate for the job. Both were on BC Gov registry of well-pump installers.I was on site to see the job done. All parts were thoroughly and efficiently done with a well-equipped two-person crew.The crew was excellent, obviously experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. Also well equipped, hard working and efficient. I received a full documentation of the well measurements, materials and work done.Final invoice was within 1% of initial estimate.It's a great relief to have this job done and to know it was done well.

2017 I had ABC Water Systems come out to my recently built house and install a water system to support 2 houses and a large shop. Everything at the time seemed to be working great. It wasn't until I built my shop in 2019, that I noticed water pressure wasn't where it needed to be. I contacted ABC Water and mentioned I didn't have enough water pressure. Upon inspection by Chris Dutnall he noticed the design was flawed by original installer (no longer employed by ABC Water). Chris then did a complete assessment and recommended a course of action to rectify. It did involve some additional cost on my end and relocation of water system. In the end they corrected the issue by adding the necessary equipment and redirecting water through the ultra filter before cistern rather than after. (Where the pressure was being lost due to filtration rates) Travis (Newest manger of central region) overlooked the install and ensured it was done right and cleanly installed.When it came to the invoice, they looked at the job as if they were just installing it for the first time. I was never charged for moving the equipment, cleaning the cistern and filling the cistern with fresh water. They also deducted my original invoice and even took off some additional costs I had in-cured with the change and left me with the appropriate invoice for my troubles.Now I have a proper water room, that looks clean and has lots of water pressure! I am very happy with their service and fully recommend them to anyone.A BIG thanks to the team at ABC Water Systems!

Disappointing to say the least... we had a simple re and re of our well pump... were quoted an amount of approximately $2000 to complete the job and it ended up costing us close to $3000. The finished product leaves little to be desired leaving loose and unsheathed wires exposed. The two guys they sent to do the job fumbled around and seemed more concerned with the end of their day than the quality of work. I emailed them with our concerns 6 days ago and still haven't had a response. As I read through some of the other reviews I can see that this is not unusual. Yet another company proving that Customer service is becoming more scarce all the time. Needless to say, I do not recommend using ABC for your water system needs.

100% satisfied. Travis and crew were very professional from the initial phone call to completion of the wellhead repairs. I received a call ahead of their arrival and they arrived on time, as scheduled. I would recommend ABC Water Systems to anyone requiring this type of service and will be calling back for future work!

I am late sharing this review. ABC has done several jobs for me over the last year and a half. All were completed professionally and promptly.1. Raised a well head to be compliant with regulations.2. Diagnosed a water pressure issue which resulted in the changing of my pressure tank. Successful3. Replaced the float switch in my cistern which would often fail to come on when it should.4 Installed a rainwater cistern for me.We are very happy with the work done and all of their employees were courteous and professional.We will certainly use them again.

Updated review. I believe there was a change in management or ownership since my initial ABC experience. Previous review was no favourable (one star). Most recent experience with the office and the service technician onsite was professional and customer focused.

AMAZING service! Highly recommend ABC Water Systems. They worked with our time crunch situation buying a house and needing to get the water to potable. I would say they were instrumental in everything happening on time and now we have amazing water! Look forward to working with them in the future.
