I would definitely not recommend this place I was given a price on the phone and when they did the job they charged me more than double so for their misunderstanding you have to pay double? how fer is that. Also waited for 3 weeks till the appointment to be told that I was misunderstood. Since they are in a big business it's very important for their staff to be awake while speaking to costumers because not even Peterbilt changes hourly rate like Precision Tune Auto care""

I had a leak in my right rear tire on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 pm. I called and was told they are extremely busy. However when I explained that I needed my tire patched so I can get home to Pickering. By 5:00 I got a call that my car was done. 2 patches but still a slight leak due to deterioration on the tire. No charge, when I insisted on something for their trouble. I got a resounding, it’s still got a leak. Clearly time for new winter tires! Thank you Precision Tune Auto Care for your kindness. You’re a class act!

My trucks been to precision a few times over the years, the guys are great and really know what there doing. It blew a plug a few weeks ago, was able to stop by and with an hour was back out on the road again. Thanks guys!

New to Brooklin and gave this spot a try. Not the quickest but definitely one of the more reasonably priced oil change and tire change over service around Durham. Be prepared to have a ride home after you drop your car as they are quite busy and both times I got oil changes done I dropped the cars before 10 and got them back after 430. But great pricing will keep me going back.

Car died and had to have it towed. Took it to Precision as it was walking distance from home. Older car and had fears of a huge repair and bill. Walked in to see how repair was going and Stuart handed me my keys with no charge for an apparently minor repair. They could have told me anything yet chose to be honest. Based on first visit Precision is my go to from now on.

I’ve taken my vehicles here at least three times now. The first time was with my 2008 Honda Fit, and it needed a new manual transmission. The second, my 2006 CR-V needed new brakes. The third time, my CR-V needed a new starter. During all three of my visits here, the service has been incredible. Whenever I need a major or minor car repair, they’re the first shop I call. They consistently provide very HONEST and reliable service and Stuart is always very patient and understanding both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend making this shop your ‘go-to’ place for auto care.
