There are no words about their customer service. Terrible service. I came to buy something today and went to the cashier counter. Her name is BEVERLY K. No, hello or hy first of all. And she saw that i have some stuff in my hands instead of helping me . She told me that exit is another side, which i am still confused about, why she told me about that. After that, i asked her to help me check out my stuff. She didn't bother to ask me if it's under business account or not. Then i told her, Can you put this invoice under the company name?" She gave me a WEIRED face expression about that. She was not ready to help me at all.Really need to work on customer service. Never want to come back in here."

The new company that bought this store has ruined it. There's almost no staff anymore. The few staff they have left are obviously run into the ground and just over being there. Seems the managers move products around the store randomly so the employees don't know where anything is.Seems like the typical corporation trying to scale back to skeleton staff but only being left with part time employees who have no idea what is going on.Sad. This store used to be good.Will be sad to see it shut down

DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THIS STORE WORTH MORE THEN $200I purchased a BBQ from this store, cost me more than $1,000.00 after 8 months, It stopped working. The Store doesn’t do refund after 90 days. They told me to contact the supplier directly, and deal with them. The supplier asked me to contact the store where I purchase the BBQ.So I ended up losing more than $1,000 dollars.Go to Home Depot! They always accept refunds, especially if the item is not working.

Rona has decent products. They have products in stock most of the time. The knowledge is good by the staff. They carry craftsman if that is what you are looking for. The biggest limitation is trying to find a worker for help. I have not had luck getting help when needed. I will say it seems to be getting better.

Very disappointed with the customer service at the garden Center!! I am a senior, it started to rain and I had forgotten my jacket. I got to the garden Center glass doors, I could see the two cashier’s inside so started knocking on the doors asking them to let me inside out of the rain. They just looked at me and shook their heads. It was only 4:30 pm so no where near closing time. I was planning to purchase 8 bags of mulch but will never darken the doors at Rona again. Very rude behaviour in my opinion!!

Today I bought a vanity and faucet from Rona and was very happy with the help I got. I had a hard time deciding what faucet I wanted and some of the features on it and one of the employees that was going on his break coffee in hand took the time to explain and answer all my questions. I would say this is above and beyond. The 3 other staff members I came in contact with were all very helpful also. I would definitely shop there again!!

My son works here and it's a great place for young people to work. As for shopping, the store is very big and can be hard to find what you are looking for and there is not always someone to help you but the selection is great. And the prices are good too.

I bought a pitch fork 3 years ago. I've used it twice. It's broken inside the metal very far down. Useless. Still has the paint on the tines and a Rona sticker still on it. All I wanted to do was exchange it as it must have been flawed. They didn't care! Wanted my receipt...what...who keeps receipts for absolutely everything they buy. Then they said has to be within 90 days. I'm not happy with their junky cheap products and will never shop there again.
