Evolution Training Center ( Fight and Fitness)
Both my children train BBJ here with Cassio Martins. His program is very well done, safe and fun. Evolution is hands down the place to train martial arts in the Fredericton area. If you think about putting your kids in a program or want to do one your self check them out. Give Andy the owner a call, you won’t be disappointed.

My two children do kids BJJ classes here.The facility is awesome, the instructors are too notch, such a great training center! I wish you could see a little more from the viewing area, but other than kids classes it's not really an issue.

There is no better gym in the maratimes than Evolution. From the moment you step in this gym you will see the talent on display. Exceptional teaching along with friendly training partners makes this my second home.

Always top notch service here. Andy is always a pleasure to deal with and my son absolutely LOVES their Brazilian jujitsu program on Saturday mornings. he's been enrolled for 9 months and looks forward to it each week! It has built up his confidence and he's made a lot of new friends. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Real sense of caring and community.

Excellent gym, very welcoming and professional staff. This is the best outfitted fitness establishment I have ever seen. Tons of equipment, racks, backs, rings and cage. A phenomenal place to train.

I absolutely LOVE this gym. The energy, the staff, the classes...I always have such an amazing time. The culture is what really does it for me. I know if you've never kickboxed before, it can be intimidating but I didn't feel that a bit. The insturctors were very helpful, and the participants were welcoming and encouraging. All levels and abilities are welcomed!Also, there is a certain level of satisfaction that comes with kicking and hitting a bag. :D

I've trained and competed with Andy Young for the past 15 years. He is an amazing coach and competitor. His training facility is one of a kind. If your looking for a school that will take you to the next level this is it!

Awesome facility and instructors. Safe, family environment and extremely professional. Can't imagine a better place to have my kids and myself learning a reliable Martial Art. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I was walking on King one night and a masked man in some sort of freak inverted guard slid onto the path and immediately heel hooked me.I had no choice but to give him my keys, wallet, shirt, and 2'x6' poster of Bruce Buffer.I was devastated, how could someone so easily take what was mine?Now I train at Evolution.5 stars
