They are dishonest. Told me that I can get a refund at the time of sale. Then the story changes when I return with the unwanted item. If this is the policy, then it should apply before and after the time of sale.

Bought a watch in Christmas and asked the owner that can I exchange the watch and he said yes you can, paid like 200cad and 2days later want to change it to another one like 600 but they said you can't because we have 40% off. Ask them why you don't told us when we bought it they said we do not expect you come back this soon. My advice to people want to buy from them there are several other stores you can buy better and respecte you, they just thinks about their benefits not yours.

I purchased an 18 silver chain in August 2021 for a friend. Kept the gift wrapped until I gave it to her on Sept 27th. one month later. My friend only wore the chain twice for a few hours each time. The chain tarnished quickly in many places. My friend and I stopped in at the store in the Quartier Dix30 because we were in the area shopping together. The older saleslady that helped us clearly had no etiquette or did not know her products whatsoever because she argued with me that it was a cheap chain that I had purchased therefore the reason it was tarnishing so quickly. I told her that it was a Sterling 925 but again she stold me that it was a non expensive chain and not 925 Sterling without even looking at it. She did however clean it for my friend and offered Some cleaning product for it. Once outside the store I looked at the chain and it clearly stated that it was Sterling 925. It was very rude of the sales lady too you miliate me in front of my front of my friend letting her know that I had purchased a cheap gift for her. I will never go to that store again."

Bought my fiancee's engagement ring and wedding ring here, the service is exceptional!! Really helpful and they were really patient. It shows that they care about the clients happiness before the sale. Lily was the lady who helped us and she was amazing! So many thank you's!!! Multiple other people helped us also during the transaction and they were all very kind and helpful. This boutique has a really great team. Hats off to them!

Couldn’t say much about the closing time…We were at the location to pick up a necklace that was in repair at 17:40. We just go shove back to our car.The store mention that it closed at 18:00The lady on the phone mention that the closing hour is 30 minutes before closing time and that the time on the front store are wrong?!Very miss leading shop and a waste of time, gaz.I will certainly come back to pick what is right to our, but will make a complaint at the main company regarding customer service and misleading opening and closing time.

Terrible service I have ever had in any store.Very inconpantant lady's.It took me 5 trips to the store to get 2 things done and ended up only 1 thing completed a real joke I would not recommend this store
