Always very helpful and friendly when calling the store. They were able to provide a solution for a print that I could not get anywhere else. And once I approved the work, it was done within 1 working day. I would highly recommend.

On the one hand, only giving four stars because there was a bit of a screw up (quite minor) with my business cards.However, also giving four stars because of how they handled it. Had them reprinted within hours, were apologetic, didn't make excuses and couldn't have been nicer or more professional.I believe it was Mark I dealt with there and loved his attitude and interest in me, my company and the job at hand. This is how you get repeat customers.

Highly recommend them! I made a rush order for our clinic and let them know it would be great to have it completed by the end of the week. They ended up completing the order within the day! Absolutely fantastic service and everyone I spoke to were extremely kind and friendly. Will be purchasing from them again.

INCREDIBLE team at TPH Leaside. Arrived desperate as menus and place cards for my upcoming wedding (less than 48 hours) were lost by the carrier. Left with beautiful menus thanks to Kim and Tommy. They helped me choose paper, figure out the dimensions, and best of all it was all completed in less than an hour! Cannot say enough good things about the experience. A million thank yous for your expertise, professionalism and kindness!

I just left the printing house with one of the better experiences I've ever had. As a contractor I often need drawings printed off, in this situation I needed them ASAP. I dropped in and within a few minutes I had them printed off and was out of there. The staff was incredibly nice and clearly efficient. Drawings are clear and VERY well priced

Amazing service! Needed a document printed in a large quantity last minute and same day service. They said no problem... I expected to pick it up at closing time and they had it ready WAY before they quoted and let me know 3 hours before I thought i would pick them up. thank you to the TPH team! saved me. i will be back for sure.
