Almost every morning, drive thru gets served 2 vehicles for every 1 person inside at the line up. Slow service. If you can't serve people in the store at a reasonable pace, then maybe you shouldn't be operating a drive thru.

New Years Day,We entered the store at 1:35 PM to order at the counter. We were not acknowledged at the counter for just under 5 minutes. Lots of staff moving about stocking & fulfilling drive-thru orders. Three staff were face to face with me but no acknowledgment of this guest at the counter wishing to place an order.I am patient and understood the staff were busy with tasks. However, a small acknowledgement that we recognize you and will be with you shortly did not occur and should have as a customer service norm. People understand if the staff are busy, but being what appears to be ignored is not ideal for any place of business.It appears 4 adults are on shift along with 3-4 teens. Not one adult understood or directed the younger staff to attend to the til.I hope this message helps the Easthill Tim Hortons Management to improve & support staff growth.

What is happening at this Tim’s this morning? It has to be the worst place ever.Nobody knows what they were doing. There was a philippino lady screaming orders. Obviously new staff running in circles without guidance

The worst Tim Hortons in Red Deer. My son loves the wraps but this was the smallest wrap we've ever gotten for $11.00!!! Waited for over 20 minutes, 1st in the drive thru then got told I had to come in to the front counter to get my food, which was cold and gross. The main lady working (there was only 2) was very rude with myself and the customer before me, I felt bad for the lady making all the food by herself. Would've complained right there but knew it would go nowhere. Worth the extra drive to go to a different location.

Every single time I come to this Tim’s, everyone is always so rude/short with guests. I mean, Tim’s is Tim’s, but man, a little smile and hello would go far. I can’t really remember the last time I visited this location, and it was a pleasant interaction. the staff just really ignore you, and shove the debit machine in your face without saying anything.

I wish I could give negative stars to this locations such a joke !!!! They consistently try to give you items you did not pay for or tell you they are out of things even tho they are cooking them currently (example: you order a sausage breakfast sandwich and they give you bacon to just get you out the drive thru and when you ask them why they say because they have no sausage ready) well thats not what was paid for so just tell people that from the start!!!. They have done this to us 3 times this week and its absolutely ridiculous. Just so you know I will be contacting your head office about this issue now because how has this been happening for years with zero consequence. Shame on you guys!! As several people have already stated by far this is the WORST location in red deer.

Mind blow…if you ever want to hear that a TIM HORTON’S can run out of TIM BITS, this location is the place. No solutions or substitutes offered. I can’t wait until they run out of coffee next!

Everything I have come here it's something else. Today I waited for my order after driving through for over 10 min. I went to see the hold up and they had apparently forgotten my order. Wonderful. After getting my order I was offered nothing for the disregard or inconvenience

I have been drinking triple triple extra large coffee’s for 10 years now never ever have. I ordered a triple triple and it came ice cold and when I went into the store to get a hot coffee the lady argued with me because it’s a triple triple. I said well Ladi open drinking triple triple for 10 years now never in my life have I had an ice cold coffee I want a hot coffee and she told me I had attitude wow after reading all these wonderful wonderful negative comments and I am surprised that this Tim Hortons is even in business. Terrible. Terrible service word of advice go anywhere, but here.
