Very good customer service. They installed my hitch so quickly.

Hitch was installed quickly and cheaply. Other than that, scheduling, communications, and overall customer service was subpar.

The installation was quick and the technician took the time to explain how the bike rack I was going to mount works. My only negative (hence 4 stars) was they mixed up my initial appointment time and I had to go back another day.

Tariq was especially helpful- when he called about the install he asked about wiring which I didn’t have or know I needed. I talked to several U-Haul employees but he was the only person who mentioned this requirement. If not for him, I would have showed up to pick up the part & not been able to pick up a trailer without doing the installation in advance. He fit me in same day and gave me a break on the price. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & fast. Extraordinary experience. If they had the trailer size I needed I would have preferred to bring my business here. Mary at front desk and the young man assisting him were also super friendly & helpful. This location embodies what every U-Haul experience should be.
