Horrible experience dealing with one of their property managers. This guy doesn’t accommodate tenants at all nor does he have any respect for us. He doesn’t ask if he can send contractors to do maintenance. He tells us when it’s happening and tells us to move furniture out of the way so it can be done. We work, he gives us no notice and tells us that we can spend our weekend moving furniture to accommodate his demands, otherwise his contractors will move it. So now we need to take a day off work to be home to make sure our things get moved properly and not damaged. He makes demands, doesn’t give proper notice, and has no people skills whatsoever. I would never recommend this person and would be embarrassed to be his broker.

After a bad experience with another realtor, working with Brenda Field has been an absolute breeze! She was always available, answered all our questions within hours, manage to present a (winning!) offer in 2 hours and was just overall very easy to work with. Wish we knew more people around Calgary to recommend Brenda.

Trish Ongyerth is the best realtor I've ever worked with. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the Calgary real estate market and is always available and ready to help. Looking for a home can be stressful and Trish made it a fun and insightful experience. She was brilliant at making suggestions to help me find my dream home in a shifting real estate market. I appreciated her honesty as we looked at homes and she helped me visualize what updates could happen within my home to customize it and make it my own. She is very well connected and found me a fabulous mortgage broker and coordinated everything I needed to make the sale happen. Highly, highly recommend! 10/10

We worked with one of the best realtors ever!Brenda Field is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We told her what we were looking for, She set up the appointments minutes after we asked for a viewing. She was super helpful during the process as we are first time home buyers, She gave us lots of tips and explained to us how the process works. She is very quick to reply, and gave us all the info we needed when we needed it. Brenda Field was amazing to work with as we were looking for our first home. As first time home buyers, we were extremely nervous, but Brenda walked us through the entire process. She went above and beyond in helping us navigate the bid process and some of the hiccups we encountered. I was going to write a review before but didn't get the chance. Richard Hartford was our realtor when we sold our house. He listened and made the sale of our house a good and successful experience. Richard is extremely positive and hard working and he has a lot of knowledge that he shares unvarnished. You're not left in the dark. Buying or selling can be a scary experience. The lay person typically doesn't understand the ins and outs of buying and selling, and that's why it's nice to have a realtor you can trust. You won't feel pressured to do anything. He will work hard to either sell your house (and he sees the best in you and your house; he radiates confidence) or he'll help you to buy one that suits your needs, even willing to help you find a house in another city! How many realtors do that? Peace everyone. :)
