I wanted to treat myself to some new music for my birthday. Found a lot of cool things I wanted. When I got to the counter to pay, I stood there for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the employee who was on the phone. Waited longer. And longer...and longer... and left without my goodies. Decent selection of music, but complete lack of service. Here I was trying to support a local business, but now I will buy them online and save myself the frustration.
