I have been looking for an RMT that is knowledgable and effective and I'm so happy to find this place that's close to home. RMT Nathan is really excellent - he's friendly, professional and can zero in on those tight spots really quickly. I always feel instantly relieved after his massage. He is so personable, I never feel awkward about the massage like I sometimes do with other therapists. At InBalance, they are taking all necessary procedures to reduce the risk of COVID transmission. I feel absolutely safe going there during the pandemic and I would 100% recommend their services.

Friendly professional staff in a great location with free parking. Easy to check for appointments online. Comfortable, relaxing setting to be treated in for massage.

I've been going to Grace for over two years, and followed her to this new location in Port Moody from Coquitlam Centre. The new locale has an online booking system which is really awesome! The location is in a pleasant strip mall with ample parking. Grace has an inviting room with dim lighting, and she likes to play classical music in the background. She's very quiet during the massage. What's great is that she ALWAYS gives you the full time and never skimps. For instance, 60 minutes is exactly sixty minutes on the clock (she does not stop early).I also started seeing Arden (when Grace is not available). Arden is strong and knows how to really work the knots (in terms of pressure and speed of movement). I compliment her on how patient she is in moving so slowly. Arden is pleasant and confident. The lights are dim and she plays spa music.Their massage beds are warm when you first lie down in them. :)

The massage place is v clean, no wait when you have an appointment. Always feel great after having my massage. I have a disability and they are respectful and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

So glad I discovered this place. The setting is very professional and I loved the layout of the room I was in. The bed was comfy, the room felt spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. My therapist Arden was ahhhhhmazing. It’s hard to find a therapist that is truly passionate about what they do, Arden is that therapist! You can feel it in her hands, the massage was incredible. I feel like I just want to sleep now. She found all the tight places and my muscles are thanking her for it. I will definitely be back along with my family!!! Thank you Arden!!!

I have had an exceptional experience with Carly McLeod as my RMT, she has been an integral part of my continued healing. Her dedication to her practice, expertise, and genuine care for her patients is exemplary! Carly is truly invested in helping her clients, her welcoming nature and healing hands are second to none. I highly recommend Carly, and I am so grateful for her help in my healing process.

Dr. Grace is professional and very caring. Her office has a fabulous energy, great staff, lovely ambiance, super clean and she is always on time. She is an RMT and a nucca specialist. I feel safe and comfortable in my treatments and in just a few visits my body was back in alignment.She has flexible hours and her price is right. Not sure how she does it! I'm happy to recommend.

UPDATED REVIEW: I’ve been a patient of this clinic for some time now. I see Autumn for massage therapy. My aunt also is a patient of Autumn’s and my mom sees Bernarda. Dr. Grace Yu is simply the best chiropractor and RMT I have seen. In fact, she is amongst the best health professionals I have seen in Canada. She is very knowledgeable, and she is always getting updated at conferences. She is extremely caring with her patients - I have been seeing her for nearly six years. Currently I have been suffering from chronic TMJ pain and I always feels better after seeing her. Her clinic is very nice, and her office managers Gina and Sammie are the best, super polite, very caring with the patients and always willing to help.Dr. Yu decorated her clinic in such a nice way that the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. I super recommend her clinic!

Grace is a fantastic chiropractor and RMT. She is also a very nice person, always willing to accommodate people's schedules. My husband and I are very picky with health professionals and we have tried many RMTs in the past, but Grace is simply the best one in Metro Vancouver. We commute about 20 km for our appointments with Grace, but we truly don't mind the commute because her service is excellent and we always feel better after our sessions. I highly recommend Grace to all my friends. Her new clinic is very nice and parking is never an issue.
