We absolutely love this business. Everything we have purchased from the produce, meat, dairy, and artisan foods was delicious. We can never go back to the traditional grocery store again as this food blows all the others out of the water. We love that their list of products keeps expanding. Buying from Cultivatr is a great way to shop local and support Alberta. We highly recommend that you check them out!

This is the letter I wrote to them on May 13, 2020 which I am sharing b/c of how amazing it truly is:Dear Cultivatr staff, owners and team:I just wanted to thank you for the most amazing order I have ever received concerning food. We have wanted to give you a go for some time and finally did; we were blown away. The lamb was out of this world, the baby kale was so tender, fresh and just amazing not to mention the goat's cheese and so much more. Thanks again for arranging this amazing food during this COIVD-19 pandemic. We know this is stressful for everyone and are forever grateful to your producers, farmers, delivery drivers and packing clerks. It means the world to us to receive great Alberta grown food that is not destroyed in processing. I can actually taste real kale.It is reassuring to support Alberta's farmers while knowing this is straight from farm to table with no chemicals or synthetic ingredients added in. You can taste the difference. We are strong believers of supporting Alberta farmers. I will be sharing your information with everyone I know on FB and hope the message will resonate. Thank you again for taking care of us and reducing the anxiety I have felt running into grocery stores during COVID-19 for food that is far from the quality we received from you. Forever grateful.

My wife and I have started using CultivatR for our grocery needs. In our first order we ordered carrots, chicken and beef. Every item was organic, local and tasted so much better than the grocery store (and we usually shop organic).The chicken was the best chicken we have ever had. Highly recommend CultivatR.

I've been loving using Cultivatr. It's a great option for weeks where we can't get to the farmers market, and I like I'm supporting local organic farmers!

Are vegetables supposed to taste like chocolate!Have been eating my tomatoes sparingly like they were a rare dessert. Savouring my red peppers as if they were a foreign delicacy.These veggies are bomb.And the eggs - Unreal.Thank you guys.

Absolutely loved discovering this business. Everything has been top quality; food, delivery, etc.. The fresh chicken is soo much better than supermarket fare. My partner, who is not a ‘foody’ noticed the difference right away.

First time to use CultivatR, have not, as yet tried my Thai Sausage or Lambsticks but wanted to weigh in on the (very) positive impression of the service ethic, the facility and the model...I was the last person to show up for my (Thursday) pick up. I was warmly greeted by all 3 of the young team members as I peppered them with first-timer questions. Full marks for the training and sense of mission...The facility is spotless, well laid out. The business model is soon obvious; An amazing (simple, low overhead) distribution centre for what must be ~30 locally owned and sourced food loving artisans (200+ items?). Thank you for the warm introduction, , will be seeing you again soon!

Fantastic experience. We have ordered three times now and we will stay ordering indefinitely. The tomatoes taste like homegrown tomatoes, the garlic is amazing, and the dairy products are just excellent. We have been getting milk, yogurt and various cheeses with each order. We ordered lamb this time and are looking forward to cooking it this weekend. Friendly, careful drivers that practice great physical distancing, too.

This is quite simply a fantastic service. Local produce meat and dairy. Well priced. Delivered to your door. And honestly, the chicken is outstanding. You can actually taste that it’s chicken. Not some mystery protein. This is one of the few delivery services in Calgary that is almost always 100% accurate and when there is a problem they fix it immediately. The best.
