Good place to shop for women's fashions

I was in the store one afternoon and the next morning. The ladies were polite, professional and they went above and beyond in their assistance!

This Cleo is the nicest one in Red Deer. Big, open, bright and we'll layed out. The staff is very helpful and the manager is wonderful.

Went looking for work clothes, bought an outfit. Did not get 5 stars due to the sales lady. 1) she put the clothes I said I was taking back on the shelf. Excuse was she was busy, but I was the only person there. 2) WAY to much perfume

Just had the worst experience of my life with the employee manager Terry. I had went in the week prior to get a shirt, however the shirt I tried on had a button that was broken, when I went to the till the staff member replaced the shirt with what I assumed was the same size as the original, I purchased the shirt and by the time I got home I realized it was the wrong size which is unfortunate because I do not live near the store. Inconveniently I had to come and make a return and was met with the utter most passive aggressive words of a lady named Terry. She continually interrupted me as I was explaining what happened to her, and the responses she gave me were so offensive I was repulsed. I am a level headed and minded person but she kept interrupting as if she was offended I was doing the return. If I didn’t need this shirt for my uniform at work I would be returning it and not doing ANY business with this store. I will be sharing this story with all of my friends and I hope to never do business there again.

Love Cleo but wish they were back at Bower Mall. Since Bower store closed I have not shopped Cleo since.
