Great small classes and delicious pizza!! Good place to go for fun night out!

My nephew and I attended a pizza dough making class at Vittorios Flying Saucer in Ottawa this weekend.The instructor was enthusiastic and passionate about the pizza making process and showed us how to make napolitano pizza in a home oven. During the class we made pizzas from prepared dough and topped it with fresh mozzarella and basil and baked them to perfection. For dessert, we were served a creamy cashew-based panna cotta.The class lasted for about an hour and a half. You will also receive a print out of the dough recipe and the instructions to take home. It was fun, educational, and satisfying. If you love pizza, and are looking to learn about authentic Italian pizza making process in Ottawa, then I would recommend booking a class with Vittorio. You won't regret it.

We went on a date at Vittorio’s and it was a wonderful experience. We learned about the ingredients that goes into making the pizza, the tools to use, and the technique for making and shaping the dough. It was great to actually make the pizza. The pizza tasted amazing. Vittorio is super nice and the conversation was great and entertaining. He made panna cotta for dessert, and he was by far the best dessert we’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend Vittorio pizza making class as a date option!!

This was an amazing experience. We could tell Vittorio was passionate about his cuisine. The gnocchis and the panna cotta were absolutely exquisite. The ambiance was very welcoming. And the recipes seemed easy to follow.

Last Saturday we had a great experience where we learned in theory and practice how to prepare a very tasty pizza, and the most interesting thing is that the pizza was ready in just a few minutes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their cooking skills or learn something new.
