Wow so you walk in a door and there’s a chalk board telling you to go upstairs The stairs are carpeted filthy and smell. They have surveillance and you wait while they buzz you in, so creepy. There’s a man behind a partition who says someone will assist you. He essentially says my 2K watch is worth nothing. I brought a ring I inherited worth minimum 7K and he offers $500 of course I didn’t accept it. Worse experience I’ve had so disrespectful and rude, don’t waste your time!

They know they’re taking advantage of you. They’re offering less than 1/3 of the net retail rate - whether it’s gold or high-end handbags. I walked in with net fair retail value of $6,000, and was offered $1,600. But desperate times call for desperate measures, right? And they know that. Super nice guy, but that’s why he does well. He’s super slick. I said I’d settle for $1,800 and he came out with $1,600 and said he was rounding up. My mistake, but like I said, he’s slick. And the Oakville environment makes you feel like you’re in a weird, empty payday cash loan joint. The commercials are very misleading and deceiving. But hey, times are tough. And I guess some people take more advantage than others.
