Georgian Duct Cleaning

Came today and cleaned the ducts well. But be prepared to clean your floors after they leave. They walked in with their shoes on and dirtied the floor multiple times. Came upstairs and used the tap in the bathroom to wash up and soiled the bathroom floor and the floor mat. Had to steam vacuum the entire ground floor and wash the floor mat. We've a child in the house too. Quite unprofessional for a reputed company.

Two gentlemen came and cleaned out the ducts and dryer vent in my 1,300 sq ft home. Going beyond expectations, they also brought my garbage bins up the driveway and into my garage - Bonus! They were pleasant to speak with and quiet and efficient while cleaning the ducts. They cleaned everything up and were gone. My ducts are flowing beautifully now. Thank you.

This is our first time using Georgian Duct Cleaning and will definitely use them again! Booking was easy and efficient - called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the following Monday. Kyle and Eric showed up on time, we’re very polite/professional and got to work. They explained the procedure and updated as they went.

First time in 11 years of our newly constructed home to have the ducts cleaned and we are most pleased with the service provided. Nate & Eric are a professional and efficient team and plainly, nice guys. The process was explained, work began shortly thereafter, they cleaned any debris on the floors plus they moved a heavy bed back into place, folding any protector rugs used. I was able to get an appointment without any wait time and the two staff who arrived at my home were courteous, friendly and thoroughly professional. They did the work with as little disruption as possible as well as taking great care not to damage anything, and completed the job in a timely manner. I have used this company many times for my commercial child care centre.They did a full duct cleaning and deodorizing as well as a commercial dryer vent clean.I called on a Friday and they had me booked in by the following Thursday. We were very happy with the service provided by Georgian. The servicemen arrived on time, briefly explained the procedure and roughly how long it would take. They stayed on task throughout their time at our home, were friendly, and left no mess for us.Before the duct cleaning, we were sent a very detailed explanation of costs and the procedure. The day before, we received an email and a reminder call when we were offered an earlier time, due to a cancellation. We appreciated the offer and took an earlier time. We called around because of all the scams that are going on. Georgian Duct Cleaning ended up our choice because of their pricing and knowledge and friendliness. We did not have to pay until the job was complete.The technicians arrived on the day scheduled and a little early. Bonus!They were friendly, polite, and took extreme care when bringing in their equipment not to mark the walls. They explained the procedure and continued to through the job. They put a camera in the duct and allowed me to watch and see how dirty they were before and how clean they were after.Very professional and knowledgeable. Great service all around. We booked a service during the winter months and on the eve of the first appointment, we decided to cancel because of worries the truck wouldn't be able to navigate our driveway during a snowstorm. There were no issues and they immediate rescheduled us. Communicating with Morgan wth the booking phase was a fantastic experience. Everything was explained clearly and she was very helpful.When the day came to have the service performed, the guys who did it arrived on time, were friendly, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. They were careful when they worked and made sure that boots were always off and the house stayed spotless during the process. We called Georgian Duct cleaning to clean out our dryer vents in our office. They were quick to book our appointment, the work was completed efficiently and the techs were respectful. There was one small issue with a vent cover, but they came back as soon as we let them know about it and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them!
