Burchell Glass

I don’t know how this place has good reviews. I contacted them in February for a few projects. They came out quickly to measure but despite calling and emailing them several times they still haven’t gotten back to me with a estimate. It has been 5 months. They are useless. Horrible and unprofessional way to operate a business.

I cannot talk more highly about the service of this company. We installed new windows and French doors in our house in 2002. Our house is over 100 years old and they came in and did a wonderful job. They then replaced the windows in my office-also extremely efficiently. In and out in a day with no muss or fuss. The crowning glory is 11 years later we were having some trouble with gaping of our French doors letting in snow in the winter and bugs in the summer. I called them to see if they would still stand by their doors so many years later. They came promptly and resolved the problem efficiently again with no fuss and no charge whatsoever! My thanks for such wonderful service and congratulations on maintaining such an honourable company over the years.

What can I say! Burchell Glass was incredible to work with for my new windows! I had the pleasure of working with Trevor on the order, and he came out quickly to measure and inspect, and got me back a quote quickly that was very competitive! He set my expectations for delivery with the current supply chain delays and was spot on. When I needed a door to be modified and called all around Ottawa, nobody would touch it. I called Trevor and he said no problem, bring it by! They also did an amazing job on that!When it came time for installation, the job site was tricky to get to, but the pro installers at Burchell Glass did an incredible and professional job, they were great, and a friendly group of guys!I'm never shopping in Ottawa again for windows and doors, I'll always use Burchell. Highly Recommend!

This company has 5 star review for a reason! Cold called them in a pinch when I need materials for an emergency repair call for a local, elderly client. Matt had what I needed in a couple of hours and was very helpful in solving a few install issues I had with the job. Thanks guys! Will be back in the future.

Our neighbour recommended Burchell Glass when we needed new windows. We replaced the large windows on the north side of the house and were extremely pleased with them. They not only looked great, but the kitchen, which had two large windows, was noticeably warmer last winter.So, this year, we had the smaller windows on the other side of the house replaced. They have really transformed the look of the house! See their Facebook page for pictures of the first set we replaced. We are the ones with the diamond mullions.

Put a new screen in my patio, said would take a day. A couple of hours later they bring the door and install it. Thank you. Wonderful service!
