We had a fabulous week! We were able to have a wonderful multi- generational vacation. The cottage met our needs perfectly and we really appreciated all the fun extras that were perfect for a rainy day! Katey at Sauble Falls Realty worked with us to make sure the cottage met all of our extended family's needs. We are already planning next year's trip.

We recently vacationed at 603 Third Avenue North, Sauble Beach. For us it was excellent. The cottage is older with some recent upgrades. It was clean and the 1 and 1/2 baths were a blessing as there were six adults and 4 children. The location is a five minute stroll to the beach. A five minute drive brings you to the 'heart' of Sauble Beach. There was plenty of room so we weren't tripping over each other and could enjoy the games provided. Our young grandchildren (aged 7 - 9) spent a lot of time on the trampoline. The fire pit and BBQ added to the outdoor experience.July 2022

Our week was fabulous! I had the opportunity to tell Janet when she called to see if we were cold.The kayaks and paddle boards were put to good use and the renovations plus the improvement to the water was well worth the increase of rent. We would love to use it again next year for sure.

Katey was great in helping me find a cottage that was close to Main Street and the beach that would fit 8 adults. We had a great week and the cottage was miles better than the cottage I used to book with another company (now shut down).I will definitely be using Sauble Beach Realty for future cottage rentals. Everyone that was up at the cottage with us was very happy with the condition of the house and can't wait to go back next year. Thank you again!

We had such a glorious week at our cottage in Sauble Beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute bike ride to Main Street. We loved the seclusion and wooded area of our cottage with lovely firepit area. The front deck was so pleasant all day and for more sun we could move to the back. It has 4 bedrooms only one bathroom so if the owners put in one more bathroom that would be perfect. Katey was very helpful. The kids liked to run around and play fussball. We have booked at least 6 times with Janet and Katey and have been pleased. They are honest

Renter beware!! We rented 519 second Ave in Sauble Beach and were completely disappointed in the cottage. The only good thing it had going for it was location to beach. If your looking for dilapidated rustic this is the place for you. Place was dirty, holes in the floor of the bathroom. Old dead bugs smooshed on the walls. Dust an inch thick under the extra bed in the living room. Please don't expect to be able to wash the soap off in the shower it won't happen. After the shower your feet will be black from the filth on the floor in the bathroom. Yes I emailed the Real Estate company as soon as we arrived and to this date no response at all. We rented July 2022. Truly disappointing experience!!!!

This was not a good experience. I'm used to rent rooms, cottages and houses all over the world. The house I rented from them was bad. It was unclean at our arrival. It was very humid with a bad smell. The matress cover was disgusting with stains and mold. There was insects all over in the house. They were crawling on counters and on our stuff. I could expect that from a cheap room in Costa Rica but not a 2000$ cottage in Canada.I am very disappointed and does not recommend.

Sauble beach rentals went over and above for me. Was my first time renting from them so I had a lot of questions and emails. They always got back to me. The cottage the got me was amazing. Very clean, very nice and room for 6 people as described. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in sauble to use them as I will be using them again next year. Everyone that went didnt want to leave. Everyone had a blast from our little kid to my 75 yr old mother. Thank you for a great time.

Spectacular!!! The owner of Sauble Beach Realty Inc. is very professional, easy to contact and offers great customer service. The reason that Bearfoot Park cottages cost a little more to rent is because the cottages are directly on the beach, just a short 2 minute walk to town and you can enjoy world class sunsets right from the deck. Most units have air conditioning, cable and offer free WIFI.

Have been renting cottages through Sauble Beach Realty for several years including this past July and the cottages have always been clean and well equipped.Had a couple of minor issues this year which Katey or the handyman (cannot remember his name) got resolved quickly.Will be renting again next year.
