Drago's Spring & Welding Ltd

We had damaged the suspension on our little teardrop trailer and needed it repaired. Rather than a repair, Drago's recommended replacing it with a new leaf spring suspension instead and I agreed. The replacement is now done and is way better than the factory suspension. They did a great job for a reasonable price and their customer service was very good.

I'm lost for words at the professionalism, kindness, quality, reasonableness, helpfulness and understanding that Maciej and crew showed. My 2018 Mercedes Sprinter frame cracked due adding sumo spring and to poor design, the crew made it 100 times stronger than factory. Most welding shops refused to work on it (they are dead to me) while others were months away or did even return my call. HIGHLY recommend. Very Happy

I got over my head trying to installing a hitch that didn't fit. Called Drago on Monday and they fixed and installed it the next day. Didn't cost me as much as I thought I was going to pay either. The job was done well and I wouldn't hesitate referring them to a friend.

Rob and Maciej run the friendliest, most capable shop I've been to. Their number one priority is customer service. The first time I ever went there to see about a rear shock mount repair (that 2 other shops couldn't do), they pulled me into their shop and had it welded up and out the door in 45 minutes. They even installed the new shocks I brought along at no extra cost. Highly recommended!!

I called my usual garage, explained my problem, they had no appointments for 2 weeks, I called another garage where I had gone once, explained my problem, they had no appointments for 2 weeks. I asked for referrals. I tried their first referral, same story. Then I called Drago's. They also didn't have any openings for 2 weeks. But here is the difference, the woman on the phone thought my problem needed to be looked at. Those other 3 garages, including the one where I spend all my money also heard my story, but it was Drago that said pop in. The guy hopped in my car and listened for the sound. Then he threw my car on the lift, then he drove it again and then he diagnosed the problem. And it was serious. And they are fitting me in tomorrow! Never have I ever had service like this. I am so grateful and appreciative. I wasn't at all surprised when I went to leave this review to see that Drago has 4.9 stars.

Awesome customer service, let me drop off a trailer and fit me in where others didn't even try.
