KIAI SHIATSU

I went in for my first treatment and was in really rough shape, but the treatment was gentle and so effective! I didn't experience any discomfort during the treatment and felt immediate relief with no aching or soreness after. I've gotten a lot of massage and chiropractic treatments before (having been in two car accidents in one year) and this is by far the best experience I've had to date. I'm looking forward to my next session!

I have been going to Kiai Shiatsu for almost 2 years now and he is amazing/my hero! I first went to him when I had a sore and stiff lower back to the point I couldn't even bend over. One session with him and I finally had relief and could bend over without pain! I work out often and anytime I have issues with my lower back, shoulders or any sore muscles he loosens them up and realigns my posture! I highly recommend him for any muscle ailments you may have!

I have had many different treatments for my neck and shoulder that did not come close to the release in my neck and shoulders from Kiai Shiatsu. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Prior to treatment there is a very detailed overview of the body, muscles and trigger points. Very informative. I also enjoyed the detailed discussion after the treatment. This discussion gave me an idea of what areas of my body I have to work on with stretches and more treatments. I would without hesitation recommend Kiai Massage to my colleagues and friends.

Just finished my 1.5 hour shiatsu massage, and I feel amazing. My body feels nicely aligned and my joints are moving so easily. I love how everything is explained before we start and then more explanations at the end of what I need to work on to help stay aligned. Can't recommend them enough. I'll definitely be making this a regular part of improving my health.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Kiai Shiatsu. After a long career of sitting in front of a computer, my forward head, slumped shoulders and general poor posture was beginning to cause me a lot of pain in the neck, shoulders and back areas. Additionally I was experiencing a growing lack of mobility that was infringing on my passion of playing golf. Chiharu is incredibly friendly and extremely professional, always providing prompt answers to any questions and dealing with any issues I have had. Keita is well, just unbelievable!!! This man KNOWS what he is doing! He quickly resolved the specific back pain that I was having at that time but I now continue to see him on a regular basis. With each session that we do along with the exercises that Keita prescribes my skeletal alignment, posture and general well being continue to improve. I will continue to go to Kiai Shiatsu for the rest of my life. They have significantly improved the quality of my life and I am very grateful. I cannot recommend them enough!

Keita is very professional, friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I usually visit physiotherapy or/and massage therapy first, just because I have an insurance coverage for those, but I often ended up going to see him when they couldn't help my pain. When I had a bad sciatica pain 2 years ago & tried other therapies for over 6 months, nothing helped. However, Keita fixed it in 3 sessions. Amazing.

I am very happy with my experience at Kiai Shiatsu, and the result. Keita is very kind and concerned, and his techniques are excellent. I have had chronic shoulder pain that has not been resolved through physio nor chiropractic. After my first session with Keita, my shoulder pain was greatly relieved. I am continuing treatments with Keita to keep my shoulder relaxed and for general wellness. I highly recommend him.

I tried a 10 minute session at the Holistic fair...and was intrigued enough to try it again. My mid &upper back had been strained various ways & places for the last 3 months(starting with an ohh that hurt" while on a 5 week vacation)

Me and husband had Keita's Shiatsu massage therapy sessions. As soon as he started I could feel my body is releasing from tension and stiffness and joints are loosen-up.My husband had a limitation at hip joint but it's fixed and got some effective self stretching advice which he can do at home.

Absolutely THE BEST! I've been struggling for a few years with an issue that's kept me from doing the physical things I used to enjoy and the symptoms were just getting worse. I've been reduced to crippling tension headaches after lifting even a bag of groceries or doing basic everyday things. I was no longer able to lift weights or do yoga as I used to do regularly. I'd tried everything and everyone, and had basically given up. A friend suggested I try KIAI Shiatsu. Oh my goodness! For the first time I feel hopeful that I will be back living the active life I once did. Everything the other reviewers said is 100% the truth. Keita has this innate ability to get at the source of your problem, almost like he is part of your body and feels what you feel and knows exactly where you need attention. It's uncanny. He's the first professional to address the entire body alignment as the source of the problem and he's worked on parts of my body in his treatment of me that I didn't even share with him I was struggling with. I know my healing will be a long journey as it's taken years to get to this state, but I KNOW I've found the man for the job! Thank you Keita for working so hard to make me feel better.
