I booked Ben's Movers based on the reviews I saw. I was disappointed in the quality of their work. They dented my Standup freezer in several spots, scratched a couple of chairs, chipped a dresser and scuffed the sofa. They did not seem to care when I brought this to their attention and offered no remediation. They were not careful enough and when packing in the truck they did not properly cover the furniture with mats that caused the various damages. They just jammed everything in the truck without properly packing. Seemed to be in a rush to get to the next job that day.

I reached out to Ben to help me move my very elderly parents who, let's just say are no longer very effective in the physical world. First off, Ben was wonderful on the phone, kind and professional. The moving team of three were amazing. Efficient, sweet tempered, careful, accommodating and FAST! Even moving in cramped spaces and when stepmom and I couldn't agree on where to put things, the team still managed to smile! Moving house is always stressful and an endurance test but Ben and his team took my burden onto their capable shoulders and made it the best move ever! And an excellent value.

I am Very please with this company!They were very kind, considerate and pleasant to work with. All three individuals were pleasant from start to end of the move. I enjoyed their positive attitude towards a difficult move not to mention working so hard in this heat. Ben's Moving handled our move, stored some of our belongings, and moved us out this week. Excellent care and service throughout. All the way Michael kept us up to date and checked in with us in regards to any possible changes. Highly recommend them for your moving and storage needs!

Thanks for today. Moving is so stressful especially given the circumstances. You guys did a great job! I can't believe the elevator stopped working and you guys carried my heavy air-conditioner up 6 flights of stairs! You guys were awesome thanks again!

Ben’s Moving took on the job with little advance notice. Moe and Adam arrived as scheduled and unloaded a 15 ft truck of furniture in less than 2 hours. They moved items to a second floor and to the basement. They were accommodating and very courteous. Hard working and efficient move. Thank you.

This is our second time using this company! Once from Oakville to St. Catharines and once within St. Catharines. Although their truck had to be pulled into service, they arranged a rental truck with no extra cost to me, showed up on time and moved our 4 bedroom house without any hiccups. Polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future!
