Horrible service. Bought a brand new graphic video card from them for $700 and the HDMI port was damaged when opened.I went back for a replacement and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it because it was opened even though i bought it 24 hours ago and paid a warranty of $150.Please don’t spend your money on these thieves.

My partner, and I traveled to the Mississauga location where we were attended too by a very attentive, and cordial member of staff by the name of Faraz A. The time was genuinely enjoyable, the transaction went smoothly, and we left the store with the added bonus of learning something new .

Excellent store for purchasing computers, peripherals, cables, gaming equipment and many more items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Yesterday I went there for shopping and one of their associate Hammad was very helpful and courteous. He answered my questions and helped me choose the right gadget for setting up a home network. I would recommend all to shop at this location for their computer and gaming needs.

One stop shop for all computers and gaming stuff, they have videocards and much more stuff.You can get speakers headphone and so much more .I love their inventory. Some things you can’t find in best buy so u will get here.I recommend everyone to visit this place.

Store staff is very nice and helpful, especially Faraz as the guy has helped me pick right components for my PC everytime , be it Cpu cooler, Fans or PSU, I always received Genuine advice from him and plus they have everything one might need for their PC so for me experience has been excellent

Communication - bad. Product knowledge - terrible. Customer service - the worst.If you have any computer related questions prior to making a purchasing decision you’ve come to the wrong place. They’ve hired warm bodies that have trouble understanding simple questions at best - anything beyond ‘I’ll take X product’ and you’ll fall flat. There is a genuinely poor communication experience that extends beyond the painfully obvious language barrier - these people should not have been hired in these types of customer facing roles.When given the opportunity to circumvent their shortcomings, management fails. The rotund *gent* with glasses exemplifies qualities better aligned with working a booth at the carnival which seems makes sense if you think about it.Do yourself a favour - go to MEMORY EXPRESS. Their staff is top notch - great communicators, nothing is lost in translation, amazing customer service, LOWEST PRICES GUARANTEED! Please stop giving the cc side show your hard earned buck - you deserve better as a customer.

I came in to browse around and ask about PC parts for an entry level/budget PC build, they have a wall of graphics cards and never recommend or tell you about the graphics cards on sale, I had to go on one of the laptops to see what was on sale and I noticed the Intel Arc A750 graphics card was ON SALE but it wasn't even with the other GPUs, instead it was tucked with the Intel CPUs all the way in the bottom... WITHOUT even a price tag (as you can see from the pics) it's a decent GPU for a fair price. Generally, you should avoid Canada Computers, hard to get returns approved, plenty anecdotes of poor customer service that don't favor customers. Do yourself a favor and go to Memory Express which is 2 minutes away.

They updated the store so there's more space but the layout is difficult to follow and unfinished, and it takes 20-30 min to make a purchase since all the staff are hiding or on the phone. Online purchasing will push this retailer out since they can't even put effort into their staff. Due for a new retailer at this space anyways
