The onion rings weren't salted at all, and fell apart (over crispy). I normally love A&W. The line wasn't long but the wait sure was.

Drive thru can be a nightmare here. Plus, this time, the customer in front of us and the employee at the window were chatting up a storm for a couple of minutes, further delaying our orders.

April 6th at 7:05am waited at the drive thru window for 10min and no one said anything on the intercom. Someone was inside but decided to ignore us due to the kitchen staff being late. So I guess the thing to do is ignore that 20customers who waited with no answers.

Staff are great and working hard.The conditions of the store are not good at all.The air conditioning is not working correctly.Is it surely illegal for the staff working in the kitchen?

Got stuck at this dive for a meet up. Food is always bad, so it goes without saying. Bathroom smell is so gross it will make you gag. Actually smells like a deep summer port a potty!! Little air freshener or urinal cake out of budget? A&W is horrible, period

Food was great, and the service was excellent, but the store is incredibly hot inside and seeing the employees have to work in these conditions is inexcusable. They have some air conditioners installed, but they simply aren't doing the job. Treat your employees better.

The building was extremely hot they had 3 portable air conditioners and a fan behind the counter. It took a long time for my order with only 1 person in front of me. I believe the staff were not given proper breaks considering the extreme heat of their workplace. 1 staff member explained the new air-conditioning would be in the next month.

The wait in drive-thru used to be no issue whatsoever. The last two times I have decided to come here the wait has been a little bit ridiculous. It should not take a fast food restaurant over 20 minutes to take and deliver a drive through order. The food is good, but the wait times make me reconsider coming to this location again. Hopefully it is a training issue (no judgement on the staff), but it has become far too long to wait at a drive through.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and quick, and the food was good. However, the high temperature inside the establishment was concerning for the well-being of the workers. They deserve extra compensation and breaks for such difficult work conditions.
