I was a little surprised on the 4 star reviews that say everything was great but then are 1 star short - but I digress.My girlfriend and I decided to visit Eggsmart due to its proximity to our hotel & good breakfast selection. Long story short I'd go out of my way to this location for both the food and service.After running into an issue with my girlfriends order Trina made sure we were taken care of and most importantly (to me) the process was seamless. And for that reason alone, this establishment deserves 5 stars.Food wise - excellent, the sampler has a great portion size and selection. The the sweet potato fries are much better than some other local competitors as well.

We had a great breakfast at Eggsmart. We both had the meat lovers skillet which was very goodand will definitely reorder next time. Our waiter Sam was great and made it a nice morning. We also have gluten allergies and they have gluten free bread that was very good. Better than any others I have had.

Food was really good just took long to come out. The server was very nice. Very small selection of fruits with the order I would like to see more fruits as there was only a slice of cantelope and a slice of orange. Tea is a little expensive at $2.50. The portion sizes were a little small for the money but they tasted good.

Collingwood Eggsmart exceeded my expectations in every way. The meals we had were absolutely delicious and the menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone.From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. we had a memorable dining experience.The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and vibrant, creating a pleasant and enjoyable ambiance. The staff worked together seamlessly, delivering impeccable service throughout our visit.I highly recommend Eggsmart to anyone looking for a delicious brunch and exceptional service.

This is the place to go. Its our favourite place for breakfast. The staff is all amazing and is all about Customer Service. A place where food is served with pride and joy. Everything is fresh including there orange juice. Great menu selections and a very clean and tidy atmosphere, you will not be disappointed. The only place I know that holds a high standard for all there customers.

Perfect brunch place. Tried the hot chocolate, its the yummiest hot chocolate ever! Tried skillet and avocado toast. Skillet was delicious. Quantity is good, we couldn’t finish all of it. Love the sitting space and ambience. There was a 10-15mins wait time because of long weekend but i enjoyed my visit. Would visit again!

The staff ate so courteous, they made sure that I was seated and serviced right away.The food was great, ordered the big breakfast ( eggs could use salt).Good presentation, highly recommended. It's familiar but always a safe choice.Decor was homely and representative of the area.Thanks Kevin and the staff!
