I loved the lighting and the feel of the video life coaching session. It seemed like Norm Tam paid a lot of attention to my words and it was as if someone spoke to me at the same exact wave length I was at during the trail life coaching session. I was very impressed with the questions he asked me that made me think deeply and come up with the answers. I would totally recommend taking life coaching sessions from him!

I have been using the IKIGAI Coaching services for a little over a month; 5 sessions to date. It has been my best move that I have made. I have found my experience, after each session, to be insightful and fascinating.Prior to using the services of IKIGAI Coaching, I was extremely hesitant about working with someone to help me achieve my goals. I was researching for a business coach around Montreal to help me focus and grow on my ideas. After viewing multiple options, I thought that Coach Tam was the best option. I was right! Norm helped a lot in my ways of thinking and realizing things I was doing that affected negatively my subconscious. Realizing that, it helps me get back on track. After 4 sessions, I'm back, well thought and fully confident. I initially reached out to Norm as I felt like I was at a point in my life where I was sort of stuck. I had some ideas and objectives for different projects however, I was in need of some direction and was unsure about how to move forward.
