A winner of a friendly neighbourhood stationary store. I come here often to get paper, glue, pens, notebooks, and other stationary items. They also have a wide variety of eco conscious reusable products (bulk refillable soaps, lunch items, etc). On average the prices are reasonable.The staff seem to be quite conscientious about safety during COVID-19 and are following all the best practices.I've never mailed anything out from here but honestly, if I ran into problems, I'd probably blame UPS for sucking as a company generally, not the people working here. But then, that's just me.

I am speaking of the UPS store Hamster on beaubien near metro beaubien . What a horrible trashy place. I was waiting on a girl in which I asked for help and she totally ignored me fully. I said **excuse me** like twice as she was standing in front of me unpacking stuff. She then went to the front not even turning to help me. I then asked another guy at 5 feet from where I was to zero avail. I am not understanding the no service ordeal. If you don't like your job leave and make room for others that need a job. I am so happy at my job I literally find clients to help and it makes me happy. Do not go there for service is like nobody works there . Go to DELPHI on Fairmont they are amazing have everything and service for a small place is so there ....DBAK

Honestly, bad service is one thing. But bad customer support is worst. They make you jump through hoops to talk to someone following a tracking number, tells you can’t help for your country, then transfer fails, and to email them they force an account creation. Figured I could tell them what I think of all that here versus those hurdles.

So UPS uses the franchise subsidiary stores to avoid having to be accountable for bad illegal service. So I feel a little empathy for the shop that has to deal with UPS mistakes. However that is no excuse to lie to your customer and overcharge them. Or to avoid rectifying that to your customer. I paid $200 for express delivery, I asked if there were any cheaper options but they assured me that was the only option. The “express” order was delivered after 2 weeks. Not really “express” at all. Speaking to different people at the ups call line some lied and some said the truth. The issue was UPS warehouse. But some lied and said it was a “customs” issue. Customs doesn’t hold packages without a reason. And certainly not for two weeks. Asked for a refund under the “guaranteed service” and just common sense. UPS refused said that the UPS store took to long uploading billing information and the UPS store blamed UPS using the lie that it was a customs issue. Completely shocking illegal activity to me. Blatantly lieing about customs issues to avoid being accountable and totally disrespectful to a paying customer. Both using each other to avoid providing proper service, oh call UPS, oh call UPS store….loop.

UPS Always always fail to deliver my package. Sometimes they leave without any notice slip so I don't get any chance to go pick it up which I don't understand why. Then I just get Email saying receiver and sender have abandoned this delivery". Honestly terrible service. Even though I make calls to set re-delivery etc

i use this print shop for my online art store. they’re reliable, kind, professional, and the prints always come out beautiful and in vibrant colours. service is fast (even when it’s busy) and prices are reasonable. i recommend 100%

I came in with my broken joy-con and shipping label to send it out for repair. I asked for packaging and the person who helped me knew exactly which box to use and got it ready for me with no fuss. Very smooth service and the cost was reasonable.

Patient service. I was sending documents and knew nothing about how the process works. The staffs were there to explain everything that I didn’t understand. They weren’t rushing, but made sure they got everything correct on the info part. Overall very good experience.
