Bad quality engraving, was told it’s not their fault if it doesn’t look good. Never again

Very good services. They do very nice engraving and they are quick too. Would highly recommend someone living in Moncton to visit them for engraving.

Very unprofessional. If you want anything sentimental engraved DO NOT bring those items to them. They ruined something of mine and did not offer any refund.

I love their custom stuff. I got my case made and it was very nice.

I purchased 3 items. One had a price tag saying $8.99. The other two items had no price so the sales clerk phoned someone to inquire the price. He told me it was $30.00 but that he could sell it for $25.00 each. I thought it was high, but paid it. When I unwrapped the pieces at home, where there was better lighting, I noticed chips and scratches so I returned it the next day for another one . ( same item, different picture). It was wrapped and when I got home, I noticed a price tag on the bottom that said $5.99. I returned to the store and pointed out the discrepancy but was told that it was not a real price tag . It was the same tag as the one that said $8.99. I was refused a partial refund. The email address given to me for the owner was incorrect however he has the same name as the only person who posted a positive review. Incidentally, the clerk put the damaged piece back on the shelf to sell to someone else.

Terrible product...worse management. Don't spend your money here.

I had a very good experience at their place. They give excellent service and they engrave right away.

Awful quality. Bad service. Over priced. Brought my own champagne glasses to get engraved for my wedding. Paid 100$ for the 2 engravings. Employee sent me 3 font to choose from so I picked one. When I got them back they were basically illegible. I told them I was very unhappy and that they look awful and I wanted my money back. They refused to refund me and blamed it on the font. For 100$ I expected high quality engraving. I also would expect the people engraving would only show me font that would look good and be legible on the product their engraving. Will never visit again.

Payé plus de 230$ pour graver sur deux bouteilles thermo. La gravure est tellement grosse qu’elle fais le tour du verre qui n’est vraiment pas ce dont je voulais. Lorsque j’ai voulu annulé ma commande après avoir payé, on a refuser de me rembourser malgré qu’aucun travaux n’a été commencer. Je ne suis pas satisfaite et ne retournerai pas!
