This spaces was rented for a course... supposed to start at 830 - no one arrived until 9. Told us that no one could be there on time the flooring day either - but no discount for the lost time. The floors were dirty and temperature control was difficult. They actually charged extra to have garbage removed. Last I checked, when you rent out a space, that's YOUR responsibility. I will never advise my clients to rent from here again.
