Cool store

I went to the store with my friends. My one friend knew the store like the back of her hand.The store is so adorable and the staff is really kind. My friend had got two blind boxes and they were of the same toy so the staff let her exchange one. I thought that was so gracious. I will say that the store is kind of in the back so it’s hard to spot unless you are walking near the store. Also some prize machines that my friend was excited to play were now closed. I wish for more outside promotion due to the placement of the store and all the prize machines to be available for play . Overall great experience. I loved the Cinnamoroll that I bought:)

It is nice place because Downtown in the Mall. Everyone go there. Also I love it because my friends working there.

Clean, well lit, and not too crowded of a space.Staff were apathetic and bordered on rude. The vibe was really off at the counter and I felt like an inconvenience to them. It was uncomfortable to say the least.The machines are in good working order for the most part, about 5 smaller ones were out of order when I went. The claw strength is set to quite weak. You need to get lucky with a random higher strength play. They're like slot machines in that way, it's largely luck of the draw when machine owners are able to rig them. The settings on a couple of the machines I played are quite fair. I won 2 plushies for 40 dollars. Much of the plushies are knock-offs or poorly made. I saw a few ripped ones in the machines. Look carefully before going for things.That all being said, I love claw machines and will probably be back if I'm ever in the mall again. If there were other places with claw machines I would recommend elsewhere but the pickings are slim in Regina when it comes to scratching the claw machine itch.

I really enjoy the variety of imported snacks and sodas that come into the shop. The staff and owners are very nice too.

Cool place but everything is rigged and prices are crazy. The cards that you win from the cow games are all fake. Would have been nice to know that before I spent $40 playing thinking I was getting real cards. Won’t be back.

Great place, new and fresh addition to Cornwall. The workers are nice and friendly and are knowledgeable about the games and machines. It’s a fun place and the plushies are super cute!
