We have been customers for years. They have installed a heat pump in our home and our cottage and we have been extremely satisfied. Very accommodating, super personable office staff and always quick to respond.

Terrible workmanship and terrible service. As far as I’m concerned Wayne doesn’t know how to install an oil furnace. Doesn’t return phone calls, admittedly doesn’t know whats wrong but refuses to actually do anything productive about it. After 4months of run around I hired another company to clean the soot out of my one yr old oil furnace and set it up properly so it would actually run. It’s a waste of time dealing with this company. Save ur money, time and sanity. You won’t find reliability here.

Shady advertising practices! I received a letter stating they “may have installed my heating system” and to call them for service. I have never or will never let them touch my system. UNPROFESSIONAL

Here is a BIG OLE shout out to Nustar Heating and Cooling. A small but dependable company that is very professional work at the right price. Even after installing our heat pump they helped guide us in making sure we received the government rebate. I can't say enough about the awesome service they provide for our community!!!!!
