Bed bugs. Under staffed. Poorly trained staff.I clearly communicated my needs and boundaries and they were frequently violated.When staff make mistakes they lie and cover it up to avoid liability.I left there with more trauma than I went in with. Do not let your family or loved ones stay here!!!2 stars; because at least bums get a roof until they rock the boat and start thinking of themselves as humans with rights.
