This company is disgusting. They will charge you an additional $300 for a lawyer to prepare you a letter asking you to pay $250 owing. DO NOT buy a condo managed by these people if you don't want a headache in unnecessary fees, and to feel like your home is not actually your home. They don't care about the owners and they will NEVER call you to ask why you haven't paid or if an arrangement can be made. Up-to-date on mortgage and maintenance fees yet we were billed $300 for outstanding $250 in legal fees". These idiots consult a lawyer every single chance they get just so they can forward you the $300 bill. 2 weeks late? Really? They did not let us know till 2 weeks ago. I cannot wait to sell my condo so I can get the hell away from these vultures. Their management is so unacceptable

I contacted Provincial Property Management Limited with no idea who the actual contact I was looking for. The office quickly put me in touch with the representative dealing with our property. I told Onelia the details of our roof leak and she told me she would call me back. It was less than an hour and she called back with a day and time for the contractor to come out and look at the issue. He said he would get back to me. Within a couple of days the repair gentleman contacted me with the date and time he would be on site. The contractor showed up on time and proceeded to complete the repairs as necessary. I can’t say enough, how pleasant and professional everyone was getting this issue resolved.

Extremely unprofessional, they scream at you when you ask or inquire about any issue.

as a client of this company I fill very dissatisfy, this is the company in charge of the maintenance of the industrial building where i have my business, the lack of professionalism of the staff is beyond understanding, the conditions of the property regarding landscape, driveway and exterior paint are deploring and deteriorating Avery day not to mention the snow removal in winter it seems to me that the only thing this company do very well is collect the monthly fees! god forgive if you do not pay in time they send you to collections, and if you dare to call them they just treat you like garbage.when I ask the manager for the number of his supervisor to file a complain he just told me that hi was the owner and that consider my complain filed! unfortunately is not my decision to change this company that is the authority of the board of directors and they just don't care. I hope that if you are considering to hire a management company for your property my review can save you of the inconvenience and complications of dealing with Mr. Ed Long and his mediocre organization.

I think that some people forget that the management company take their direction from the Board of Directors which you and your fellow condo owners voted in. If you have a problem with how your condo is being run you should take it up with the Board.

Unprofessional and evasive. They hire bad contractors and cut corners at the expense of the condo owner. Do not recommend at all!
