I am a project manager specializing in high end custom homes. Jay, Andrei and Mike are the first people I think of when we have a build that’s needs to be perfect. They have knowledge and the skill to make every part of the job look great and function perfectly. I would recommend JJM to anyone with plumbing, heating and mechanical needs.

JJM is our go to when we have any kind of plumbing issues at our building in downtown Vancouver. (22 story high rise)They are incredibly responsive professional and most importantly honest.From their office staff, to management, to their technicians and plumbers who come on site I have been extremely pleased and impressed with every interaction I have had with them since I became the property manager here in August of 2021. Dav is here with us today for one job this morning and managed to help us with two other issues in the building. They are quick, knowledgeable, friendly, -good to our residents and clean! Above and beyond every time, I don't think I would even consider reaching out to a different company. JJM is the best!

JJM Mechanical installed a few years ago in our building a water expansion tank, and we trusted them to install the proper tank as they’re supposed to be the experts. Much later our strata council checked and noticed there’s a sticker on that new tank that clearly states “not for domestic water”. We checked with the company who made the water tank and it's indeed true that such a tank should never be used for domestic water, and is not fine for drinking - but this is the water we drink and shower with, all of the people living in the building.City confirmed that there was no change in code - a tank not meant to hold drinking water should never have been installed, even a few years ago.Now JJM are refusing to admit and assume responsibility for their mistake and rectify the situation. This seems both unprofessional, and shows that they do not care all that much about their customers' safety. So clearly I won't recommend this company if you're looking for experts who can do a job done properly, without you having to check that they actually do things properly.

We had our annual Navien service and repairs done by JJM in January 2021. They did my first service a few years ago and left me with a good impression. Mike was our technician and he was awesome. He’s punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and knows his job well. Andrei is very responsive to emails and provides excellent information on the services you need.

I called JJM mechanical group for a high efficient hot water tank repair. They were able to figure out the problem and repair it. The repair were quick and service was professional. Andrei also provided great communication and was clear of the work to be done and price to be charged. He also provided before and after pictures of the work after it was completed. I also had them change out some faucet parts which they were here. Michael, the technician showed up on time and was quick to get the repairs done, even though he wasn't originally scheduled to do it. All the techs wear masks and take their shoes off when on site so covid was not an issue. Highly recommend.

I've worked with Jay and his team since i first needed a plumber. I've never had a problem they couldn't fix quickly, reasonably and with a quality of work bordering on artistic. Serious, my utility room should be on display.
