The staff here are INCREDIBLE! They are so friendly and accommodating, and are always delighted to see Mr. Bingley (my cat) when he comes in. They are so good with him, and know that he loves the catnip squares they give you for free at the end of each visit, so they gave him two! (See photos of him in heaven).I also once mixed up the locations and came to the North Clinic when I accidentally booked my appointment at the other one, and they fit me in anyway, despite being very busy. I really appreciated it as I do not have a car and would have had to pay for another Uber to the other location.Speaking of, they offer a shuttle service cheaper than an Uber if you don't have a car! Plus free delivery of any food or medication.The vets too are super helpful. They lay out all your options for you and let you know what treatments are worth it financially. They were so good with handling my cat with care too - you can tell they care and really love animals.Last but not least is the clinic itself. The reception area has a fake pond and park setting to put your pet at ease while you wait. You sit on a park bench and listen to a babbling stream - forget relaxing my cat, it relaxes me.I highly recommend this place; it is Mr. Bingley approved!

I just moved to London and I really enjoyed my previous vet and was looking for somewhere similar. North London Neighbourhood Pet Clinic has a whole team of young, friendly, professional vets and vet techs. They're always happy to see my cats and I feel like they're taken care of there. The vet gives me several options regarding their care that I appreciate. The clinic is responsive to emails and calls and I can always make an appointment within reasonable time. The clinic decor is really cute plus they give my kitties catnip toys to take home! They love it!

They were absolutely fantastic, I never leave reviews but this place made me make my very first one! I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my future pet needs! After driving to the other end of the city and waiting over an hour at a different location, just to have our appointment cancelled on us and asked to come back on a different day, I was feeling a bit apprehensive about ever returning. But this location was so wonderful and accommodating to get us seen on the very same day and right away without having to wait. The vet even took his time with our nervous rescue for his shots and the rest of the staff was just as lovely! The atmosphere and design definitely make you feel welcomed and are so fun for pets to feel like they’re going on a walk in the park! Cannot recommend this place enough ! Completely agree with the responses that service has gone down hill.Having one phone number for 3 locations is a nightmare. Can never get anyone to pick up the phone. As I’m standing in the clinic I’m getting a phone call from someone in another room of the clinic then can’t get results from the vet of the x-rays. Have to wait for hours later. Never see the same staff which probably means turn over is high. It was a nice friendly place and Dr. Alec is great but the management is so disorganized. They say they will send invoices and emails, never get sent. Have to wait for medication and come back to pick it up which should be easily accessible.On the plus side my dog seems to not be afraid. But the vague and short service that is not reliable feels like they are only focused on money.After 5 years will be looking into a new vet that can be reliable and organized.

Staff completely miss diagnosed my cat and didn’t not prescribe proper medication. He could’ve lost hearing in his ears.

Great place! Everyone there is super nice and very helpful. The vet room are a great size.

What's clinic was so patient and understanding. I never got the email and I've been so busy I forgot the name of the clinic, so when it came to I was late for my appointment. They called me saying that I could show up at any time, and they could still see me. I didn't have to reschedule, while I wait they gave me tea, and after it was done they gave my cat a little toy before going home.

The staff are exceptional!. They treated my dog with loving care and took the time to explain options and treatments with me. They also took time to phone me and follow up. I recommend them highly.
