Park'N Fly, Self park, Airport Parking

This was our first time to use Park'N Fly Self Park. We were motivated to use their service because of a deal I got to park there through my workplace. Dropping our vehicle off was surprisingly painless -- scanned our reservation bar code upon entry, and was guided to an open parking space by one of the drop-off vans. The driver of the van helped us load our luggage and took us, along with a number of others, to the airport.Coming back was different. We waited at Post 19 for maybe 5 minutes before their van picked us up. Both of our pieces of luggage weighed 23 kg and the driver did not help us load up. In fact, he wanted me to lift my luggage to the top shelf of the van, rather than move some of the smaller pieces of others up and put mine at the bottom!We were near the last to be dropped off which was fine. We unloaded our luggage and loaded it into our vehicle by ourselves. Our car started after sitting there for a month, no problem. We found our way to the exit (not straight forward) and lined up behind one vehicle which paid and checked out ahead of us.When we tried to check out, the bar code scanner did not work. I am sure of this because the red lights of the scanner did not light up. After trying for several minutes, I finally pressed the help" button only to be taken to some answering service. Fortunately there were no cars behind us during this 10-minute ordeal. Finally I decided to back up and go around the pilon which was preventing us from using the next check-out gate beside us. This time the scanner worked (the red scanner lights lit up!) and it calculated the amount I was to pay. However

Picture this- flying to Miami for a cruise in February trying to minimize the amount of winter gear we bring. No shuttles for 50 minutes - tried calling using the machines at the lot- No one is available to take your call, same thing when we called the number on the website - we finally called the number for the valet parking. Within 5 minutes 3 shuttles arrived. I can understand delays happen but for no one to answer the phone is unacceptable. Good thing we were early for our flight.

These guys are a disaster! Extremely short staffed and ppl who answer the phones don’t care.Here’s an idea guys…instead of having something like 10 vehicles running self-park/valet and 1 going to economy lot, manage the flow better and balance as needed. What a gong show. 50min to wait for shuttle. I feel sorry for the drivers.

All good with check in/out, scanners and gate at self park, but a driver left me waiting on purpose upon return. I do not recommend Park N' Fly and will consider other options next time. Park N' Fly will be my last choice.We arrived on April 25 at around 2 AM, with a baby on lap, tired. I called the phone number and waited for about 7 minutes for a van to show up on Gate A, post A1. It was cold, and more than 10 were smoking there. Obviously, I did not want my baby to get cold and to smoke. The driver arrived when I was sipping water inside. He picked one guy up. I started pushing the cart with luggage, heavy, he started closing the doors, so I left the cart and ran towards the van, waving and shouting hey

First time using the park n fly self park lot. Didn't have any issues parking, getting my rate etc however when I returned I had an issue locating the pay station as there is a sign that says use pay station directly in front of this kiosk" and when I went to that spot the machine wasn't working. There was an employee driving around in a "Customer Care" van who I politely asked how I pay and he responded with "can't you read the sign??? Come-on". I told him the sign leads you to a machine that doesn't work and is blocked by another van and he sarcastically laughed at me and told me to go "under the tent". This was also after a long and exhausting overnight flight so the last thing I needed to deal with is attitude from a "customer care" employee. Will never ever be using park n fly again. Would rather pay the prices at the terminal than give them more business. It's unfortunate that what would probably be a decent service has this type of person providing customer care. In case someone in charge is reading this it was the middle aged Asian male who was driving the customer care van at approx 830am in the self park lot on May 30th"

Wonderful service, shuttle available all the time and very nice and helpful people. Used 2 time in my last 2 trips and very happy with service. I can say I did not wait for more than 2 minutes for shuttles to arrive

My ticket wouldn't scan, so I had to be manually checked out. I had to call twice and wait 20 minutes. Then the person who came overcharged me, and when I noticed the discrepancy, he said he couldn't do anything and told me to talk to customer support. I emailed customer support and didn't receive a response.Update: Based on this review the company reached out and refunded the overcharge.

Million mile traveler and this is biggest cluster I've seen. No shuttles to pick up from shelter. Called twice. Why don't they have people parking in section.I will never use these clowns again

Very frustrating and horrible experience! Missed our flight because of the airport shuttles long wait. We waited almost an hour and when it arrived, people were all so mad that they all wanted to squeeze in the bus. It ended up people were like a can of sardines travelling towards YYZ/ Terminal 3. On their website, they said, that their shuttle arrives every 5-10 minute! Unbelievable! I will never comeback to this place anymore!!! Worst customer service!

I have always had issues in the past with park n fly but the issues were usually small and forgivable but not today. My husband and I were trying to leave after arriving from a long flight, to find the machine that takes your card does not work and there was no one at the booth. I tried pressing the call button and it doesn't work. How are you supposed to help customers when the call button is broken.So after searching the internet for a customer service phone number I talked to a woman told her we were waiting to pay and the machine was not working. She told me she would be sensing someone over. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes with no one coming, I called again to be told there's no one to talk to. My husband and I waited even longer and still no one! Waiting over 40 minutes in the parking lot basically being help hostage is unacceptable, I dont have all day to wait. I called again and talked to the same woman and had to ask for a manager and tell her that there was more people also waiting to leave.Then suddenly someone shows up and tell us they have been having issues with that machine. If you're having issues then have someone at the booth!! After all that we got a sorry from the staff member and that's it. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall run of the place.
