Dear Mr. Noor, I have been meaning to write this long awaited thank you letter to you for your legal services. Two years ago, my husband and I purchased our first home. A few days later, my father in law passed away. The closing date was 30 days away and the lawyer our real estate agent recommended was not very accommodating to our needs (given the circumstances). That is when I found your business card in a pile of old notes from school. I recall you told me not to forget you when it came time to purchase property. When I called your office, I was put through to you right away. You found time in your busy schedule to accommodate us during the busiest time of the year. You provided step-by-step instructions on what we need to do for the closing. When there was an error made by the City of Toronto on land transfer fees, you made a payment on our behalf trusting that I will pay you back thereby not causing unnecessary delays. On top of all that, your fee was lower than most other places. I am so thankful I kept your card and contacted you in our time of need. It is apparent to me that you have great attention to detail and you care for your clients. I am grateful that you were a part of two major milestones in my life: finishing school and purchasing my first home. He is very unprofessional and unreasonable. Hangs up phone on you. I had to cancel my stuff with him cause he was taking too long and was not doing anything about it. I got my job done by another lawyer within a day. I highly encourage not to go to him.

Mr. Noor is an example of what gives lawyers a bad name. My father recently passed away and this lawyer started playing games with my mom when she was trying settle my dads affairs. Mr. Noor would never give my a mom a straight answer when she asked him about cost. When he finally gave her a quote he tried to charge her significantly more when it came time to pay. My mom asked me to call him on her behalf a few times and he hung up on me eveytime I called.I recommend finding someone else as using Mr. Noor would be a big mistake.
