It is extremely rare to get excellent customer service these days but the people at Linde Gatineau went the extra mile to solve my problem. My 175 Multiprocessor began smoking the other day in the middle of starting a new art project. I packed it up and went to the shop. I was told it was most likely the Motherboard. I asked what would it cost to replace it. Bad news was the cost of a new machine. They talked to head office and said they would replace the part even though it was 1 year past the 3 year warranty. I showed up to pick up my unit and they come out of the back office with a brand new in the box welder. OMG! Best service ever! Trent

Update. . . My wife was in today and they were kind enough to take care of things appropriately. Thank you for remedying this issue. Happy holidays.******************I bought a brand new torch and tank kit for my wife for XMas (she wanted it for a large art project) from Princess auto, then I returned it because Linde had a free fill up with purchase and paid a bit more to do so. I didnt want the tank exchange right away because her gift would look used. The guy said no problem just bring it back and we will honor the exchange. I asked for something in writing and he wrote it on the back of a business card. I lost the card. I brought the tank back in to do the exchange. I bought it from there, the tanks are obviously the new ones, they sell them with free full tanks, would not honor the agreement, wanted 100$ for the fill up. . . Shoulda stuck with Princess auto.

Service courtois et amical. Il n'y a qu'eux qui font encore affaire avec les particuliers et s'occupent de petits cylindres génériques qu'ils ne possèdent pas, sans devoir avoir un contrat de services et leur louer le cylindre. Ils pourraien toutefois gagner en revoyant certains de vos procédés logistiques qui affectent grandement votre efficacité et la qualité (et vitesse) du service à la clientèle.

Messer is a great supplier for welders. The people running are knowledgeable and helpful.
