Great customer service. One on one consult to determine fabric and sofa designs. Sofa was delivered within the timeline discussed at the time of order.Highly recommended. Great designs and huge collection of fabric to choose from.

Wonderful experience shopping for furniture for my new home! Diana was sooo helpful. She understood my vision and her consultations with me on fabrics and colours nudged me to be bold! I couldn't be happier with my entire experience! The owners are friendly, my furniture arrived just when they said it would and the movers were timely and respectful when setting up my home. Quality, custom furniture made in Canada - I know it will last for decades. I highly recommend London Fine Furniture!

The service was incredible. The sales person helped me choose fabrics for my sofa and throw pillows. She brought over a lot of swatches and made recommendations.The delivery company they use is excellent. The guys delivering were polite. The sofa was a tight fit through the door but they were very careful and brought it in without doing any damage or even touching the door frame.Overall just a great experience start to finish.

Knowledgeable and friendly services. I purchased a display set (coffee, end table and lamp) and the team was very helpful and loaded the furniture in my truck. They took extra care to wrap the furniture to protect from any damage while moving. I will definitely shop again at this store.

London Fine Furniture offered a range of choices in fabrics and many alternatives in the design of our furniture. Their decorating consultant was very helpful in helping us to design a nice room. We are really happy with the quality of our pieces and the overall experience was very professional and problem free. We highly recommend London Fine Furniture.

This place was awesome from the staff down to the cleanliness of the store. Staff were very helpful in assisting with making the choice from material colour to style of feet to firmness of sofa. Highly recommended and would buy there again 10 out of 10.
